Balfe's Bikes - Dulwich Omdömen 

I've had a long standing 'creaking sound' somewhere on my bike that other bike shops have failed to ameliorate; after trying a few options Mike located the issue and fixed it; thank you Mike. While its good for me, it's less so for Balfes as they lost out on me buying a new bike.

Lost order
Firstly your message about the expected delivery of my bag was overly categorical, as it did not arrive at the time apparently promised.
Secondly I had to chase up the local shop (East Dulwich) several times in person and on the phone. A waste of mine and their time
Thirdly as the bag was apparently lost somewhere, I cancelled the order, but it turned up a couple of days later!
Finally the staff were helpful in person, but could not find the bag, so you lost a sale.

Found the solution for my ebike rear wheel

Visited Balfe’s in East Dulwich for minor repairs to my bike. They fitted the saddle incorrectly ie pointing upwards and I was booked on a ride and had the most uncomfortable experience. When I went back that evening I was met with indifference from staff and no acknowledgment of their mistake -and the hassle it caused me - their bike knowledge / skills in this occasion were not good but their customer service was non existent- there are other places to go in East Dulwich including L’Atelier du Velo which gives excellent bike and customer service

I orderd Cycle Lock on Sunday. I waa told it would arrive on Monday -- Tuesday, when ready to collect, I would be contacted. Tuesday afternoon I collected the lock. Great customer service at my local Dulwich branch.
