Excellent customer service, fantastic selection of lovely bikes and gear - it's the best bike shop around.
I just had some work done to my bike which I requested to be done before I go away with it on holiday and they turned it around super quickly, so thanks very much guys, you are the best!

Sorted out my 6-year old e-Brompton, which had a wobbling battery mount and a problem with the electronics. Back to new and as good as I remember it.

Great service, talked me through my bike features and maintenance and how each feature affects the riding experience.

Once we got home with our new bike we realised the bike was a little too small. Herbert and the team were happy for us to change it for a bigger size.

I bought a frame from Giant to replace a frame a crashed in an accident. Balfe's helped with rebuilding the bike around the new frame. Very attentious, they spotted a defect in the new frame and dealt with a replacement from Gian directly. I'm very happy with the "new" bike (the old bike in a new frame!).

We bought a Giant children’s bike from Balfe's Chiswick and had a very good experience. The bike was delivered fully assembled, on time, and exactly as promised. My child really loves the bike and we are happy with the quality.

We had a couple of small issues afterwards, and the team was very helpful, quick, and professional in resolving them. Special thanks to Govind Mohan for the excellent support and assistance throughout. Really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend.
