Nos gustó el hotel.
Pudimos visitar otros hoteles que había dentro menos el Fantasía y el Ámbar.
Nuestro hotel era solo adultos pero después la playa era compartida... Los que se hospedaban en el Ámbar si tenían playa de solo adultos y la verdad que eso nos hubiera gustado. La animación que había en la piscina de Punta Cana nos pareció más divertida que la que había en Aquamarine. La habitacion era amplia, no salía agua de la ducha y la arreglaron... En dos días... Así que nos duchamos en la bañera que había también...
La limpieza era 10/10, la atención del personal 10/10 también.
Nuestros restaurantes favoritos fueron los que hay en el Ámbar.. riquísimos. Hay que reservar los restaurantes con tiempo , yo lo hice 10 días antes de ir con la App de Bahía Principe porque se agotan enseguida.
Repetiremos con Bahía Principe.

The overall resort and customer service was great. My only complaint would be the food was not that great but we certainly didn’t starve. We would definitely go back.

We stayed at Luxury Sian Khan Oct 6th 2025 for 7 nights.
We can't say enough about the customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure you have everything needed to enjoy your vacation.
The resort is clean and quiet in a jungle setting.
The buffet we found pretty good the food was warm and a variety of choices.
We had room 404040 ground floor and it had a jacuzzi on the patio. The room was cleaned daily and fridge stocked as needed . We called and they brought what we needed when we ran out. We also used room service which was handy and the little snack bar by the pool was open 24 hours. Food was sit down and order off the menu for lunch and breakfast.
We also used the other resorts Akumal Tulum and Coba and the trollys were sometimes slow but we always got one when needed.
Overall the shows were good and we also went to the other resorts to enjoy a show that we missed.
The beach was ok seen better but we did enjoy it and also the adults only pool over at the akumal side. I was disappointed that katok snack bar was not open for lunch or snacks while we were at the adult only pool. They said low season but there were plenty of people drinking that needed some food and the snack bar was a bit of a distance to walk to...I heard it did open again for lunch 2 weeks after we left.
Overall I would return especially for the amazing g customer service

Mala y buena experiencia
El hotel muy bueno, la comida muy buena. La bebida y el wifi de segunda... el hotel está lleno de argentinos y cobraban el Fernet como bebida "premium" 6 usd la medida, siendo que en todos los hoteles de la región te lo incluyen gratis. Por otra parte el Internet funcionaba super mal con la finalidad de venderte un wifi "premium". Por ultimo a mi hermana la gente de limpieza le robaron todos los ahorros que llevo al viaje en su mochila dentro de la habitación y el hotel no dio ninguna solucion, ni cámaras, ni nombres para la denuncia.

We have been to this particular Bahia 3…
We have been to this particular Bahia 3 times. Each time we can't find anything to complain about. Our kids love it. it has something for eveyone. The trolly's we never seem to have to wait for -they are always around to take you where you need to go. Each visit seems to get better and better. The service at the Bahia Principe Tulum is second to none. If you have any small complaint, they go above and beyond to make you happy. The staff here is 5star! They remember my name and drink orders. Make you feel special. Each tim my family says we will try something new. But then we find ourselves booking here again.

El Portillo Magnifique Paradis
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable,la plage est magnifique, le village est très propre ,les chambres grandes,les matelas tres confortabls (chambres standards pas rénovés que nous avions),la nourriture est goûteuse et variée, le personnel est super accueillant ,Yohania au buffets et au buffets plage est super gentille elle a le coeur à son métier ! Tout comme le reste du personnel Alexandre a la réception...tous ! Du jardinier aux femmes de ménage aux personnel dans les restos !!! Même si il y a eu un coupe d accidents ( bris du tuyau de l appartement du haut ou menu pas mis à jour au greque que nous avions réservé deux semaines avant notre voyage ) ils ont réagi vite et nous ont accommodé immédiatement. Toujours le sourire et la bonne humeur ....ça nous manque déjà...La première fois que nous nous envoyons ainsi d'avoir quitté... nous y avons laissé notre coeur à El Portillo !!!

The place was accommodating
The place was accommodating, clean and customer sercice was top tiered. The lobby bar is aweome and very entertaining. Unfortunately, the bar closed at 12am which is kind of let down. Bars should be 24hrs service since the guest are up until late and rums as well as alcoholic beverages should be on room service. Last but not least, the variety of foods is superb but the flavour is too bland, more seasoning or let it stay in the food. Overall, Bahia Príncipe is a great hotel and would be going back there again.

Vacaciones por aniversario en Bahía Príncipe Luxury Esmeralda
Mi esposo y yo estuvimos alojados por 1 semana y fueron unos días increíbles y preciosos. La atención del bartender en la piscina (Alberto) fue excelente, muy amable y atento. El bufet tanto del desayuno como el almuerzo muy bueno, pero, algunos meseros, no todos, deberían de ser un poco más amables y más atentos con la atención al público, en algunas ocasiones no podíamos encontrar algunas cosas para completar tanto el desayuno o almuerzo, y pedíamos un favor al mesero/a y nunca regresaban a nuestra mesa. Fuimos a 5 restaurantes de las cuales solo dos nos gustaron, porque tanto la atención del mesero/a como la comida no fue tan buena y puedo decir que el Restaurante Dominicano y el Japonés fueron los mejores. También debemos agradecer mucho a Privilege porque tuvimos acceso a todo los resorts, piscinas etc. Nos atendieron de maravillas, gracias Pier, Chabela, y claro José (bartender de Privilege club) nos asistieron con cada cosa que necesitábamos. El servicio al cuarto, 5 estrellas, si algo nos faltaba, la atención era rápida y muy amable. Claro está que regresaremos muy pronto pero esta vez con la familia. Muchas gracias por todo.

Una experiencia hermosa!
El personal es super amable, es el unico hotel que vi que tiene tachos para reciclar los reciduos. Todo esta muy limpio y ordenado. La habitaciones son muy comodas y el hotel es precioso! La comida es muy rica, el desayno fue lo que mas me gusto, que tenga variedad de jugos. La vista al mar es preciosa, el GYM esta barbaro, tiene maquinas nuevas y todo lo necesario para poder hacer mi rutina. Muchas gracias!
