I placed my order on November 12th after reading that I should have plenty of time to receive my order for my deadline. After a few days I realized I was never sent an email with my shipping information. So I called the company on the 18th and they told me that they will find out what happened bc it should have been sent out ready and they will make sure to put a rush on my order. They said an email will be sent to me shortly. I had to call back the next day because I am running out of time for these supplies that I desperately needed for my business as I had a deadline to meet for my orders. They told me that it will be 2 weeks now before my order is shipped. That was never mentioned on their site or by the person I spoke to the previous day. I asked to cancel my order and be refunded as this was unacceptable. The woman said Okay, is there anything else I can do for you? There was no apology for the horrible communication and didn't even attempt to try to fix this problem. I'm now out on a vital piece to complete my orders for my business and now in a scramble to find boxes before Sunday. My original company that I ordered from was out of stock for what I needed. So I decided to go and try out a new company and maybe find another one to do business with. I will definitely not be doing business with this company and I won't be recommending them to other people in my line of work.

I’m very disappointed in the lack of response on the status of my order. It’s taking way too long.

I was very excited to find a large array of boxes in all shapes, sizes and colors. I ordered two options for my client to choose from. I got a notification that my items had shipped and saw they arrived at my client's office. I got to the client's office a week later to assemble the gift and realized that only one of the two options I had ordered had arrived. When I called I was told they weren't sure why and would take 24-48 hours to get back to me. My event was the next day so I wasn't able to wait that long. Then, I went back and forth on email trying to get a refund of the charges for the 2nd set of boxes and was told that the new invoice shows that I wasn't charged. Only I never received a new invoice. I used my colleague's corporate card to pay for them so I don't have visibility into her transactions. Overall, an operational mess and poor communication about backordered items. I would not purchase from them again.

Holiday choices are much smaller than last year.

The item I purchase look a great product even the price I paid for it. I have not received my item as yet to rate the quality of the product. The only downfall I have with my order is the shipping charges which was very high. My product was actually less than shipping charges. I would have rather got more of what I bought and pay less for shipping.

Not many options for the bag style we use for our business and now you've discontinued a majority of our material/design. We'll need to look elsewhere.

Shipping is expensive, but great products.

Sedona tissue paper looks good and arrived quickly.

It's the middle of October and you're already out of red & green tissue for the upcoming holiday rush. This happens every year. Frustrating.

Love these bags. I work in a dental office and we use them to give to our patients and put their toothbrushes, tooth paste, floss and mouth rinse in.

Best place to get our bags for our craft shows

Most terrible service! I would be aware and go with a different service. I understand the shipping the delays etc. But when I am told that they can't even get a hold of their vendors to find out the status of our product there is something wrong there. We've tried to be patient but even their customer service is lacking. Sure the people who answer try to be as pleasant as possible I feel so bad for them having to make excuses and put on a happy act but even the manger couldn't even offer any sort of help... other than we have to "wait" for a vendors to respond.... its been over a week and the vendor hasn't responded.

A product which was quoted 4-5 weeks for production and shipping, now going on 10+ weeks and we have no idea if its even been in production yet. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!
