I have purchased bags from Bags & Bows for years. I use them for our local hospital, Sentara, Williamsburg, VA to make pediatric gift bags for the children in ER or on the Pediatric floor. The colorful bags allow me to write on them, so boy or girl and the age group as well and provide a nice presentation to the child as well. Debi S. Williamsburg, VA

Beyond poor customer service. Every business has shipment and product issues during this time. This company told me that 14 cases of bags were in stock in September and that I had to purchase them right away to be able to get them before someone else does for our small business holiday season. They said it would take a couple weeks to print. I called every couple weeks, was put on hold, transferred, made false promises and then ignore by December. Never received these bags for our boutique for holiday season. A disaster. The lack of caring about their customers and helping find a solution was beyond what one should ever expect. Now waiting for my $2500 refund for the money they have held onto since September while letting us stress out when they could have simply let us find a solution instead of trusting their world that the bags were on there way.

As always, customer service was very helpful. Products received in a timely fashion and quality is great!

My order was never received. Call numerous times and was told it had shipped. Never arrived I called again and was told it was backordered when I have a previous email from Anne stating it had shipped already. This preventing me from looking for other options because I was told it was on its way. Found out it was never coming the day before a huge basket delivery was expected to go out for referrals. Every time I called wait times were ridiculous. Finally put it on speaker and someone answered after 1 hour and 10 minutes of being on hold. Never again

The items came a week after needed. When I contacted customer service, I received no response. VERY disappointed.

I bought Kraft bags from you for my gift shop and the quality is literally horrible. Have to double bag almost everything. So, what is the point?

I have always ordered my bags and gift card boxes from Bags and Bows, I ordered my gift card boxes in September, never heard anything on the order, just that it was in process. I called the company and they said I would have them before Christmas, so I ordered some other boxes to get us through, called the company again at the first of December and was told I would receive them in the middle of January.
I figured ordering them four months in advance was plenty of time, but to not email or call and let us know that we would not be receiving them was very disappointing, also, no one seemed to care when I said to cancel them.

Terrible! Order did not come before event where needed. When I called to check on the order, I received a return call 2 days later stating that the items were backordered. When I asked why I wasn't notified of the backorder so I could find a replacement item, I was told that they did not have a system in place for notifying customers of backordered items. WHAT? Lady who called from customer service was rude, unhelpful, and didn't seem to care that this ruined my event. I would give ZERO stars, if it was an option. Shop elsewhere.

The bags are great but the last order the bags were glued closed and had to pull each one open to use. Hope this new order will be better
