Bagcraft Omdömen

Friendly, informative, professional and a great range of items to look at. We returned to the shop 5 years after purchasing a more durable suitcase for a holiday. The shop still had our original purchase information on file and were able to offer us a new equivalent. The shop truly gave a sales experience which had the customers needs at the forefront of the discussion. We left feeling very satisfied with the purchase and the service we'd received. I highly recommend.

Speedy delivery, well packaged and my bag arrived in perfect condition. The only suggestion is that after placing the order and receiving confirmation and my invoice, at no time was I advised whether my item was actually in stock and so when delivery was likely to be. I had to phone for that info. Perhaps they can review their procedure for the future. Other than that, no complaints.

Lovely people to do business with, very helpful and not at all pushy

Such fantastic service most patient whilst I had a whole range of bags out to examine. All bags etc of excellent quality and range of sizes shapes prices etc.
The always go to place for luggage baggage purses etc.

Well presented shop with lots of choices & helpful, knowledgeable staff. I will have no hesitation in returning to Bagcraft as it’s so important to support our local specialist shops in Leigh.

Exceptional service from Martin when I ordered a bag for work. I knew this bag was sold out everywhere and after placing my order Martin advised me that unfortunately the colour I wanted was out of stock, however he advised me that this would be back in stock in the coming weeks and kept me updated throughout with friendly emails. I will definitely be back again when I need another bag as service like this sadly doesn't happen anymore so I'm so happy to have found Bagcraft!

The owner was incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the rucksack I purchased. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. It was lovely to have such personal service, a rarity in the present time.

Great customer service. Really good quality and selection of bags to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble. The lady who served us was delightful. It was so good to go into a shop and see the quality of the item rather than relying with online purchase. Will certainly be back.

One of the wheels of my 10 year old Samsonite case was broken and another was on the way out.
New wheels were sourced and replaced within the week.
Great service. Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful and the stock is all of excellent quality and a great variety

A local, well established and caring luggage business.
I needed a wheeled small case in a hurry for a long weekend - and Gary sorted me an ideal Samsonite case that proved just perfect and was also a joy to use. Far exceeded expectations!
This is absolutely typical of Bagcraft.
They genuinely care about their customers, before and after your purchase and will only sell you quality products.
I first went to Bagcraft when a supposedly high quality bag bought in London let me down back in the 1990s and, since then, whatever my luggage needs (even down to a wallet) - Bagcraft has found just the right thing.
They introduced me to the trusty Samsonite brand and I've never had any problem with that brand.
The best luggage shop I've known - and for 30 years, totally happy with my purchases and their service.
I once had a case wheel damaged by an airline: no problem, a quality case, sorted by Bagcraft and good as new after minor repair.
Truly excellent.
Very highly recommended (without any reservations).
Thank you, Bagcraft!

Brought a couple of Samsonite cases from Bagcraft in 2020. One of the hinge straps broke. But Bagcraft fixed immediately without any hassle at all, superb service, especially from Gary.

Excellent customer service from Gary at Bagcraft.
The bag I wanted was out of stock when I ordered, as soon as it was available, it was sent out to me without me having to chase it.
The Yoshi bag is great quality & came with a free glasses case to match.
Would definitely recommend Bagcraft for pricing, quality of product & fast delivery.

This is a great family run business that gives exceptional customer care. We're pleased with the service and would always purchase our bags from them in the future.

Excellent communication and their team did a grear job making sure our luggage arrived in time for our holiday.

The owner, Gary, helped me choose and purchase a wallet - as he had done about five years previously. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very, very helpful and obviously very knowledgeable. Interesting shop with quality products.

Always a good shopping experience. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. They don’t forget a face. They are professional shopkeepers who know their trade. We don’t buy bags, wallets, purses or luggage anywhere else.

Bagcraft sourced the purchase as this was a specific wallet that I wished to purchase.
There was difficulty to find precisely what I wanted and the Company kept me informed of progress and finally found the item.
Good quality product and very good service

Had my 1st purchase, a suitcase, delivered today. From ordering online to delivery, Bagcraft couldn’t have made it any easier. Delivery was very fast, as was the packaging & the quality of the new case was excellent. I know where to go for any other bags/cases.

We have purchased many bags, suitcases, purses and briefcases from Bagcraft over the years. Always good quality and excellent service. We had reason to ask whether a suitcase was repairable that we purchased 15 years ago, it was , and they did free of charge. Now that is great after sales service!
