Long terms partnership with B&C Properties
As a landlord,I have cooperated with B&C properties for 5 years.I think B&C properties is a quite professional agency and its stuff Catie does a very good job who makes me no worry on the house rental and post rental service. It is very comfortable to communicate with them,I really appreciate and recommend their service.

LANDLORDS BEWARE!
Simply the worst agency I ever came across in my life. I could write an essay to describe all the issues I had with them, but I will summarise.
1. The tenants recommended by them as the "perfect profile" ended up trashing my place causing me over £3K in damages.
2. I could not return to my property as planned so ended up renting another place to live with my pregnant wife resulting on a total loss of £35.000.
3. B&C’s Director is arrogant, rude and made comments about my “background”
If you are a landlord, you should think twice before putting your property in their hands.

Professional and responsive
A couple of years ago we were looking to rent a flat in Kidbrooke Village. B&C Properties came highly recommended by the local residents, and rightfully so.
They patiently did multiple viewings with us and helped us in renting the right home for us. They are professional,responsive and their property management team is par excellence.

Your best property manager in London!
I have properties that are managed by B&C Properties. I have to confess the staff makes my job as a Landlord easy. I have worked with Catie for 2 years, even I am currently in China, communication and professionalism is 100%. Through the lockdown period, which was a worrying time for many Landlords, I experienced no issues at all. They kept me informed and up to date of tenant movement throughout. Thank you!

Professional and Communicative Estate Agents
I have been renting for a number of years in London. I have had experiences with many estate agents but what I will say is that Baclis was by far the easiest to deal with and by far the most responsive to my questions. They seem to have a direct and good relationship with their landlords and can turn things around quickly. They were always polite and chased things for me when I asked. Everything was in order when I moved into the property and everything went smoothly. I'd recommend them.
