Working with Leoni at B&C properties was AMAZING! From start to finish, Leoni went above and beyond. At the viewing stage, Leoni was extremely attentive to what i was after, which was evident in the properties she showed me (no time wasting at all). Once i'd put my offer in, Leoni also worked extremely fast to communicate it to the seller and to reach an agreed price. During the conveyancing process, my solicitor was extremely slow, however Leoni went above and beyond to ensure the sale was ticking along, whether that be through chasing both solicitors or providing both parties with everything they need in a timely manner.
Overall this was the best experience that i've ever had with an estate agents and I would most definitely recommend them/ use them again - especially Leoni. Great work!

I am renting a property that is managed by B&C. Recently I had a maintenance problem that needed urgent attention. I received prompt and professional service. The agents were willing and ready to work around my busy work schedule in order to make it convenient for me. Great work .

Absolutely terrible service, I was told if the tenancy agreement didn't go through I would get my holding deposit back, but when I filled the application form, because I didn't tell them I had a ccj they canceled my application and kept the holding deposit, I made it clear from the beginning that I had bad credit and I also had a gatantor, and I'm fully aware that a ccj comes up when they check, so there is no way I would have tried to hold back that information.after update on my review, after some back and fourth, which has taken a week, a helpful person called Sam has arranged for £246 to be refund.
