Family takes care of family
There was mixup with the color I received and Baby K'Tan went above and beyond to make things right. They refunded me right away and sent me replacement super quick. My son loves the wrap!

Easy to use
Easy to use. I can get it on while holding baby if needed. I had to practice a couple times to get the hang of it but it’s simple after that. Baby usually likes it.

Lifesaver
Pretty easy to put on and I like the different hold options. Doesn’t hurt my back or shoulders like a different carrier I have and it’s much easier to bend down. Baby also feels more secure when bending. Only thing I do wish it had a small pocket like for a phone. Overall a life saver because my newborn doesn’t nap well or let me put her down.

This is my 4th wrap to get from them. I’m a plus size so I had to play with the sizing and also my son is really small I tried the XL but it was a little big and then got the L it’s fits him perfectly now he has gained weight

I received the wrong color/pattern
I received the wrong color/pattern and had to contact customer support. At first I had difficulty finding the correct contact information. Once I did, I received a speedy response but it was a little vague so I had to request clarification. They ended up shipping the correct merchandise pretty quickly. Overall I was pleased with how they handled the issue.

I ordered my carrier last Sunday
I ordered my carrier last Sunday. Was great. Was sent an e-mail that it was shipped out 3/30. Had a tracking number and everything. I guess it was never actually given to fedex and then next thing I know, the shipment was canceled. My order wasn’t so I’m not sure what’s going on and no one has been able to let me know anything.

Have not received order
I would love to actually rate the product itself but it's been a week since ive ordered it and it still just says label created for the tracking. I would have had a better experience ordering one off Amazon than the actual site.

Got an email that the product was shipped on Monday and the tracking number said delivery was set to be on Wednesday, now it’s Friday and I think the package is lost, the tracking number doesn’t give a date for delivery anymore, it just says pending... I think I’ll cancel the order

I love this product - shipping sucks
I love this product - already have one. I ordered the active carrier to use around the house while cleaning (i get hot) and on an upcoming trip. I paid the $10 for expedited shipping and over a week later I am still waiting on my order. FedEx has not even received it yet. Very disappointed with the extra money I paid and the shipping times from such a large company.

Pretty upset
Pretty upset, I definitely ordered a black ktan and they sent me denim and even had it wrong on the invoice. My baby is due next week so I won't be sending back but I will not be ordering from them in the future or recommending them.
Update: since I'm not sure how to delete or resubmit a rating, the shop sent me the correct wrap (just received it) in time for baby! No complaints! Thank you for quickly sending the replacement, we really appreciate it.

I feel like the product is too small
I feel like the product is too small, though from reading on the website and being a first time baby wearer they claim it’s supposed to be right. I obviously won’t get a true feel for it until my little one arrives and I can put an actual baby in it. I’m excited to try the product.
