I am happy I saw the ad for the Baby…
I am happy I saw the ad for the Baby K'tan. It has freed me up to do small tasks and chores around the house while baby girl is content next to me. It is fairly easy to use. The instructions are simple enough to follow. I would definitely recommend to all parents. So glad they have one for plus size moms.

Tried other brand ... so glad I ordered this one
I had tried one other brand similar to Baby K'tan ... it was all one huge piece of fabric & very complicated to use & baby did not like being put in to it. I received the Baby K'tan a few days ago & put it on the 1st day ... even though I'm sure I needed to do some more adjusting with baby ... she was perfectly happy while in it ... which is very important to me ... to make sure she is comfortable. It was easy to put on ... easy to put baby in ... everyone was happy! I love & would recommend this product it anyone & everyone ... btw this is for my granddaughter ... so I carry her around a lot

I love the K'tan I got...
I love the K'tan I got.... I have 2 new babies coming in the next few months and this will be perfect. Since I am not a momma yet I have practiced with my little 5lb chihuahua. He is spoiled rotten so he loves being carried around and close to me. This is a great product.

I love how easy to use the baby K'tan is!
I love how easy the baby K'tan is to use. All of the other fabric carriers seem like way too much work. I love that this one is put together already. I'm a size 8 dress so I got the small as noted by the sizing charts and so far it is true to size. They note that it will seem snug but that makes me feel that my baby is that much more secure.

I accidentally picked the wrong size and would like to return it or Exchange it for another size. But can’t seem to get anyone to reply back to me to do that.

Easy to use
So easy to use! I tried using a regular wrap carrier and it took so long to figure out and get it on. This wrap is easy and quick to put on and carry baby around. Baby loves it too!

Beware of international SHIPPING CHARGES!
The product was fine/good, but I am in Canada and I was charged an additional $50 by fed-ex to ship my item. That was not transparent. I was sent a bill from fed-ex after receiving the item.

I really like the product
I really like the product, but felt I should have got a smaller size. I felt according to my height and weight on the site is a bit inaccurate. I feel the sling is loose and when I have it on my newborn is not secure.

Good product - Custom fees extra
Excited to use the baby K'tan and love that it is mesh. Just wish there was a clear notification that custom fees were not included and would be an additional fee.

Would not have sized down
Followed the sizing guide to a T, sized down due to my height. It’s a very snug fit I’ve tried stretching it out. Maybe does not like how close we are. The idea of this item is fabulous but I don’t know if I would have recommended sizing down.

Wrong product sent to me, I had to pay for the return shipping even after explaining what happened, no refund provided. Only gift cards offered which I was not interested in ordering again after my order was messed up.
