Baby K'tan Omdömen 

I purchased two different items, I had to go to two different sites, that was not convenient.

My son and daughter-in-law are happy with the gift.

I have to thank Baby K'tan for replacing the merchandise that I did not receive and when I called to report. I received without any doble charges as soon as I was told that I will received. No questions were asked and the staff person was very respectful and. courteous.

So easy to put our baby in. Not sure why the site lists a "men's" size, as it appears identical to the other Ktan we have.

I love the wrap, I’m having a hard time getting the hang of using it but I like the material. Definitely helps with having a newborn and 3 other kids under 6. It’s way easier than self wraps.

This is a great carrier! However, I used the size guide and ended up ordering the carrier a size too small.

Item was shipped in a timely manner. Unfortunately, my Baby K'tan is too small to wear so I wasn't able to use this replacement sash.

Customer service went out of their way to help me with my fit issues for the carrier. They are quick to respond and give thorough, helpful advice. They went above and beyond what I asked for as a resolution. If you think you don’t like it or think you have an issue with the size make sure you contact the company before giving up. They are very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this company in general. I ended up buying two diaper bags as well just because I like the company. I wish they’d offer more products, I would definitely buy more!

Very easy to order, fast shipping and timely delivery.

I ordered th eggplant color, it arrived very quickly, the fabric is so nice and soft. I am 5'3, 145 lbs, with slim shoulders, and the size Small is perfect. This is my first baby carrier experience, and the first 3 times I needed help getting my baby in properly. I'm also 3 weeks postpartum and sleep deprived. My baby fussed briefly and then fell asleep every time she's been in the K'tan. I've put it on myself a couple times now, and it really is not that tricky! The K'tan supports her well and is comfortable for me!

When I reached out to the company to ask for an exchange, they provided extensive information on fit and double checked that I had the correct size, which I did. They provided tips and also offer a fit consultation. Their customer service is excellent and they responded to each of my emails within 24hrs.
I was able to comfortably use my k'tan with my son and we both love it.

I love my K’tan! It’s so helpful with my colicky 2 month old who never lets me set her down. This allows me to get things done around the house and go on walks/play with my 5 year old while holding her. As long as you wear it right it doesn’t strain your back unless you wear it for extended periods of time. Super easy to use, I tried a lot of wraps and carriers before this one and all the tying and wrapping and ten foot long pieces of fabric were frustrating and difficult to use. This requires like 2-3 easy steps and my baby feels way more secure than she did in the other wraps I used. Highly recommend! If it’s helpful also, I’m 5’2 and wear a size 12-14 in pants, weigh about 180 pounds, and I purchased a medium and it fits perfectly.

Amazing customer service! I had issues with fit and sizing and ktan helped right away.

My carrier was originally too small. Customer service was very helpful with the tips they gave. However it was still too small after trying they’re suggestions. They sent me a new one when their suggestions were still not enough. The new carrier fits and baby is very happy being in it. Would definitely recommend this carrier to others!

I accidentally placed an order for the wind address. They made the cancellation super easy and fast. I was able to resubmit the order with the new shopping address

I purchased this item in Sept 2021 a couple months before baby was born as I know it is often out of stock.
The customer service team advised me not in stock until end of Oct which was fine as not needed until Nov. So it arrived 8 weeks after I purchased it. I removed the packaging and washed it immediately as with any item coming into contact with baby.

When my baby was born I was unable to use it on him as he had a few issues but when he was 5/6 weeks old we tried it and initially was ok but after 10mins of wearing around the house my baby started to sag and slip down and not be in the safe position.

I contacted customer care who pointed out the obvious things i already checked. I.e I used their online sizing chart to get the correct size. UK 16 so they said buy a Large. They showed me a tutorial again i already did this on Youtube. They asked me to move to the second type of wearing and not do the first one. Ok. So after a couple weeks I tried it again in the 2nd position using the strap included did the same issue. I rewashed the ktan and same issue afterwards baby sagged down and was at my belly. The fabric is too stretchy and sizing is off.
I contacted customer services again advising them I tried all suggestions and the next technique and nothing worked and asked if I could perhaps try a medium or send back for refund as it is not complying with what they said and the sizing is off or maybe faulty.

They reaponded I was passed 14 days refund after purchase!! 14 days!!!!! I purchased 2 months before my baby was born! What the Hell is that. And they said nothing they can do. I asked them to put forward the communication to complaints team.
They never responded.

This company are happy to take your money but they don't care about quality of their products or their customers. I wasted all that money on something that is not aafe or comfortable for my back and my babies back.
What can I do with it? I can't even sell it to someone as health and safety issues I wouldn't want to be responsible for that.

**UPDATED March 2022-
I have since been in contact with Customer service in the USA who have apologised for the previous contact with the UK distributors and offered a full refund.
I have advised the Customer service member that due to sizing and this item being purchased in advance the return policy needs to be flexible.
I hope they do take this onboard and adjust their existing policy.

My recommendations to others is before buying send your measurments to the team and ask them to check against the products they have. If not suitable no money and time wasted.
Such a great concept but the sizing needs to be looked into.
