Terrible Return Policy (pay for your own return shipping)
I attempted buying this product from amazon originally to get my free returns. It never arrived. Forced to buy via direct to consumer website and after product didn’t even get opened wanted to return and I had to pay for the return mailing with tracking ($15). Dissatisfied that all I got via email was essentially a “too bad” read our websites return policy. Over 25% not recovered of my money because of the return policy. Wouldn’t choose to shop via website again.

Shipment and delivery is good. Product itself good quality. My kid doesn't seem to like it when he's awake, I've managed to put him it twice when he was asleep and i wasn't happy the way his head bends inside, therefore i put it out in my arms.

Sizing recommendations/chart
The site said that if you are in between sizes it’s best to size down. I was in between a small and a medium but my measurements were closets to the small so that’s what I ordered. The small doesn’t even fit under my arms it looks like a tight scarf because it’s too small to fit how it’s supposed to.

Great customer service and carrier!
This company has such great customer service. I needed help with a carrier I was gifted and I got immediate help and replacement. I love my carrier and my husband even has one of his own! Our son is very comfy in it. We both got the active oasis.

I have a great experience with this company. I ordered the wrong size and they were very helpful via email, getting me into the correct size. Fast response and fast shipping. My 2 month old loves it, he falls asleep everytime. The online instruction videos are a plus!

The size chart is not accurate
The size chart is not accurate. I would suggest sizing up based on their chart. I am very slim and wear a size 2-4 pants and small tops always and the suggested size for me was XS. It is too small and I’m hesitant to even order another one the next size up

Cannot say enough good things
Cannot say enough good things! I love my carrier so much it’s been a lifesaver! We also ordered one for my husband and when it came in he tried it on and it didn’t fit and to get him a new one was so easy and their customer service was extremely pleasant to deal with!

Great service
My replacement sash was lost in the mail! I called customer service and we laughed about it. She sent me a gift card to replace it. And my order was here in a few days. She was so kind and I felt like we were friends after the call ended.

Love the baby carrier, it’s super comfortable. I did have to try two sizes and ended up with the M vs the L. Customer service was great and easy to work with regarding my return. Would highly recommend!
