Ordered pram bundle with car seat
Ordered pram bundle with car seat. Was promised 7-10 days for delivery. After 14 days was told i will get it in 2 weeks. Called 2 weeks later and was told (got email too) there is shortage from supplier and will get the order “next Thursday“. Next Thursday came and still nothing. Contacted them again and been told the same again “next Thursday”.
After that was told i can change colour for the one they have on stock or wait few more weeks.
Cancelled the order and found the same pram bundle in the same colour i wanted for the same price with “next day delivery”. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.
Btw: the customer service woman was nice and tried to help as much as she could.

What a shop!
Baby & Co have been amazing over the last five years of baby shopping, not only do they have competitive pricing but products are always available fast and they communicate so well when the product is ready. Refreshing to have a shop to go into to see the products too, not many around anymore. 100% recommended!!!

Good service, poor delivery times.
Ordered the oyster 4 travel system on the 9th of August with a 7-10 working day lead time.
We finally received it on the 10th of September nearly 5 weeks later, the travel system is perfect and the communication from Debbie and Nikki was great so I can’t fault them on that either. Luckily we did not need the travel system in a hurry or I would of had to cancel and go elsewhere…
Overall good service but would just say if you need your order in a rush I wouldn’t bother.

I waited 16 days for a stroller and when I called them they told me it would take another week... I canceled everything... the worst service I've ever seen in my life, my due date came and the stroller still didn't arrive!

I'm very pleased with purchase of nuna mixx next travel system caviar as a gift.All arrived in 7 days even it was stated on the website available in 10-14days.

Initially all was good
Initially all was good, however, things unfortunately didn't quite live up to expectations.
I ordered a Silver Cross Reef 2 Ultimate 360 Bundle in Mocha on July 28, with a stated lead time of 7 to 10 days, I received the items on August 4, so within the 10 days. On inspection the car seat element of the bundle had been supplied in the wrong colour, so contacted customer service and was told that they would organise collection of the wrong item and that I would receive the correct item in 10 days. I finally received the

The company lost our carry cot
The company lost our carry cot. Was promised delivery in 10 working days, chased this up and was then told it would take another 5 working days due to the item being lost. Total incompetence by this company!!

Amazing service
They were so helpful letting us try out the pram with all the different components, and compare bundles to find the one that worked for us. They were also really respectful of our budget and finding the best way to meet that- including taking advantage of the summer sale!
The value for money of the Vardo Maxi-Cosi is incredible.

What an incredible experience at Baby&Co. Debbie was fantastic at going through the different models of prams and car seats with us. She helped both myself and my husband work out how they worked so we could find the best fit for us. I’m already looking forward to returning for future purchases!

Fast delivery, good price
Fast delivery, great price for a great booster seat. Though the patented headrest doesn’t stop my boy from flopping forward when he falls asleep, which is disappointing, but this is because the seat uses the regular car seatbelt that doesn’t keep him upright and he has a heavy head.
