Ordered several products and they kindly pointed out an item i ordered was already part of a bundle and refunded me for it rather than deliver it. Pleasure to deal with, and ensured the delivery occured on a day that suited a week later than planned.

Delays in delivery with no updates until I sent in a formal complaint.
When ordering it says 7-10 working days. Assuming this was delivery time so I ordered in good faith this will come within 7-10 working days. It wasn’t until the 10 working days were up and I received no communication on where my parcel was. I had to email numerous times to get updates on what is happening with my delivery and where it is, to just be advised ‘our supplier had a stock shortage’. Why does it take for me to have to reach out numerous times to get updates? Also, I sent in a formal complaint and mentioned some kind of an offer of compensation due to this delay and the amount of stress this has caused me leading towards the end of my third trimester, to then just 24 hours after this complaint to my order now being ready to dispatch. If I had mentioned some kind of compensation when I first enquired about this (27/11), would they all of a sudden found stock then? I ordered 17/11, it is now 17/12 and I still have not received my order. Only order from this company if you are happy to wait over a month for delivery and receive no updates of delays during this period.

Delivery service is only Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with no way of collecting your package at a depot or pick up point.
Poor service and I was told to contact DPD myself. Which I did on three occasions..

Delayed delivery and missing car seat
Despite the delivery time indicated on the product as 10 - 14 working days, I received my order 19 working days after deliver. When I queried the delays I received poor responses from staff.
Furthermore, the Anton B2 isofix base and carry seat was missing!
Really dissapointing all round.

Smooth upgrade from the Minikid
We’ve just moved our child from the Axkid Minikid to this Axkid booster seat, and it’s been a great transition. It feels solid, comfortable, and very secure—exactly what we expected after loving the Minikid for years. Easy to install, supportive, and my child is happy in it. Another reliable seat from Axkid.

Great value, lightweight stroller
The Joie Nitro has been a pleasant surprise. It’s light, easy to fold, and comfortable for my little one. The build feels sturdy for the price, and it handles everyday trips well. No frills, just a reliable, easy-to-use stroller that offers excellent value. Would recommend.
