DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Placed an order for items that were in stock. 8 days later no shipping info. Never respond to emails. Calling is a nightmare just voicemail. Turns out they don’t have the items waiting on supplier. No communication Chancers !!
Scam. Charged my credit card and I never received my drain clearer. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. Customer service email does not work. Stay away!!!!
Ordered a product a month ago that said it was in stock and on sale have not seen or received any tracking or explanation and cannot get ahold of anybody and the help center suggest doesn't even work
absolute sham of a company. the ‘returns’ process is an impossibility as they will not respond and when you call the masking company b2b in new york they are even more evasi’ve and derisive.
Horrible! Paid and ordered an item, 10 days later they tell me it is no longer available and will refund me my $1700+ - its now been over a week with no refund and no response. If it feels like a scam… its a scam.
I ordered an ecoflow smart generator adapter on July 11th, 2024. I've yet to receive my order. I've contacted ecoflow and they haven't got any record of dealing with B2BSupplies. I've requested a full refund for my order and haven't received a reply. I'd caution anyone from ordering from this company. There's no phone number on the site and there's no way to send them a regular email.
I made a mistake in my email. It wasn't easy to find the phone number, but I eventually did and left a message. Rico took care of everything, made sure that my product arrived on time, and updated my email. I would definitely do business with these guys again.
Ordered an sugar cane juicer. It was suppose to be here May 25th. Have not received it or can contact anyone other than write an email. all I got back was an AI generated e-mail said it will look into it. then anouther one that said they will be processing. I have tried to talk to someone no phone and the worst customer service is no customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!
Customer Service is AMAZING. Very polite, kind, and knowledgeable.
