Please be aware that the photos on this companies web site are different to what you actually receive! We have just had to instruct a solicitor to get our money back after being miss sold, we have informed trading standards also. My husband firstly put a complaint on Trust Pilot and Azeena have denied even having an order from us! Hence I feel I have had to come on here and warn people of this company.

After checking on our end, we were unable to locate your order based on just a first name, which is why we initially could not identify the purchase when the complaint was made on Trustpilot. We always require an order reference or more complete details to properly investigate any issue.
That said, once we were able to match the order, we reviewed the case thoroughly. The bed that was delivered matches the product shown in our official studio photos, and we stand by the accuracy of the images on our website. We understand that preferences can change, and although the bed was used for over two weeks, we still offered a return option in good faith.
As with any company, we do follow a standard returns policy, particularly in cases of change of mind after use, and we applied this fairly in your case.

Do not buy from this company! We were miss sold and then not fully refunded you can’t ever get a phone number from these people! We’ve had to get trading standards involved now and we will be instructing this week solicitors to get our money back!

I spent months browsing different sites, reading reviews, going back and forth on what to get and honestly I was overwhelmed by options. I almonst went with a big-name brand, but a friend mentioned Azeena and she said she loved her sofa from there. I decided to give it a shot and i'm so glad I did. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was timely and they even helped carry it up to my 1st floor walk up. The sofa itself? Beautiful. The texture of the fabric is soft but durable, and the cushions are this perfect balance -- not too squisht, not too stiff.
I've been using it every single day and it still feels brand new. I've even had a couple of naps accidentally that turned into full - on sleeps. No regrets at all.

I ordered a bed from Azeena back in…
I ordered a bed from Azeena back in December and I have never dealt with such a decent company before. My bed got delivered within the time frame and I am over the moon with it.
Sarah gave me regular updates I. The estimate delivery date which suited me perfectly. The delivery guys took only 45 mins to have this assembled on the day of delivery too.

I had a few customisations I had in…
I had a few customisations I had in mind which I discussed with this company and they made it look so easy! The headboard height and width along with the socket installation I wanted in them didn't seem to be a problem at all.
The best part ? It didn't affect the delivery times they offered!
The quality of the bed is absolutely fantastic and we have had soo many compliments from friends and family both. Infact one of my family members is placing her order with them as well haha.
100% recommend.
