I booked an Alpinestars Supertech R10…
I booked an Alpinestars Supertech R10 helmet on launch day and was never informed that there was a discount available. The store also didn’t ask me to pay upfront, so I assumed the reservation was secure.
When I went to collect the helmet the next day, I was told it wasn’t available and would arrive in two days. And to actually book the helmet i should pay upfront.Later, I found out the helmet had actually been sold to someone else. They then promised me a replacement from Alpinestars in about 20 days.
After waiting 10 days with no update, I went back to the store only to be told the helmet wouldn’t arrive until February – almost 5 months later. In the end, all they offered was a refund which is another process and an apology.
This whole process was incredibly frustrating:

For a premium product like this, I expected much better service. I will think twice before buying from this store again.
