Sent item to wrong address and don’t answer emails.
Ordered a firepit for a present for my dad on 23/8/2025 and as of 10/09/2025 I still have not received it.
After not receiving any confirmation of shipping after the first three days I followed up to ask when it would be shipped. The owner Greg informed me that he’d send it out and it would arrive in time before my dad’s birthday. I received an email from sendle the very next day saying it was to be shipped, but would be shipped to an old address of mine that I had never given when making the order. No one from SFPA had bothered checking the two addresses matched and sendle used an old address they had in their system from over 5 years ago.
I asked for this to be checked and they got onto it straight away, and even offered to send a bag for my trouble.
After then not receiving any confirmation update, I emailed again 2/9 and got no response until my third email asking for an update, by this point it had now passed the birthday and I had to source a different present.
Finally I got a response on Friday saying it was being chased up with sendle, however sendle had already confirmed it had arrived at the wrong address and it had been stolen essentially.
I requested a refund and was told they will send a new one out, and that it was being picked up the next day, that still hasn’t not happened.
I also have not received the bag they were allegedly sending.
It’s really poor customer service from them and i am now considering lodging a formal complaint with the ACCC.
Do not use this company, while their product may be good, they clearly don’t know what they are doing and don’t follow through on their promises.
