AVS arrived with my order of fencing requirements very early before I had gotten up and well within the delivery schedule.
They very quietly delivered the items for me without troubling me.
Everything was exactly as ordered .

Excellent customer experience
Great price and very timely delivery. The delivery driver was friendly and placed items exactly where we needed them using the crane. The items ordered were also just good quality and just as expected.

All products ordered were of good quality, I would use AVS again.

Ordered online for collection only to…
Ordered online for collection only to get to the warehouse and be given much smaller sizes to what I ordered.
After speaking with the manager it was apparent a member of staff had mixed up a lot of the orders and mine was now out of stock.
The manager apologised and got my order delivered to me a couple of days later which inconvenienced my customer but thankfully she was understanding.
Quality of materials was good.

Great service and common sense delivery
Ordered some fencing material on Saturday and got it delivered on Monday. I wasn’t able to talk to the driver but with very limited instructions on the order he dropped it in exactly the right place on my drive (avoiding the car parking, moving bins, etc). Great service from these guys.

Excellent service and very friendly…
Excellent service and very friendly helpful delivery chap (who gave a little advice, as my job was out the front of the house). One panel had a slat that was a little damaged. On calling, It was replaced within a few hours. Brilliant!

Delivery made earlier than at first estimated , which was good. The goods were delivered as ordered and in good condition. Delivery staff left them in a safe and convenient place. All in all, very happy with the service.
