A bit disappointed if I'm honest
A bit disappointed if I'm honest. I used this company years ago and really happy.
I have just placed an order for a blanking plug and short pipe. I spoke to someone before ordering to ask a few questions, absolutely hopeless. I then found the answers to my questions on a Web page. Ordered my parts on the Fri then was called the following wed to be told they where out of stock. I was expecting delivery in 3-5 days from ordering and it was nearly a week later I was called to be told this. Spoke to another member of staff who suggested painting the part that was out of stock. I then just a accepted a different colour part. They did arrive quickly after the telephone conversation but looked nothing like the item shown on the website.
Won't be using again.

You were incompetent and when I reached out to you to resolve the problem you were consciously indifferent. Because if you my car has been off the road for 5 days and you’ve cost me a considerable sum in making other arrangements. I’ll never use you again if I can avoid it.

Good product poor management
Not a single complaint about the products. Just the people providing the service are terrible. Made a few orders of them and 2 in 3 orders have arrived incorrect and the resolutions are not the best. Great Potential but lacking in areas unfortunately.

Best Silicone Hose Website for the UK
Fantastic website, very clear, pictures are a very clear representation of the product. Dimensions are well laid out. Very fairly priced. Good quality material. 100% will be buying all of my future hoses from A.S.H. 10/10.
If only they did silicone implants for my wife...

Quality great!
Unfortunately, the hoses were cut to the meter, ordered 2 pieces and thus received 2 times a meter. Had the hope to get a 2meter piece. Too bad, but the quality is great!
