After I brought the policy it asks for your a copy of your licence and a DVLA code to check your convictions, this didn't bother me but it's a bit overkill as if you lie about your licence and convictions the insurance is void anyway. But of an pain

AVOID!!!
First day with you and I can already see why there are so many unhappy people! Website/portal doesn’t work! To talk to you I waited nearly an hour and then got cut off by really rude lady! Never called me back! People read their small print before signing in!

your telephone service is diabolical... "you are number 31 in the queue.no response after an hour waiting. Ask for call back No one responds. Have been unable to contact a Mohammed in your office who is handling alterations to my new policy since Mon 8-05-23 when he promised to phone me.
I will cancel new policy if you do not respond.

HORRENDOUS SERVICE
First time very experiencing such awful customer service from this insurance company as a NEW customer! Kept being told that someone will call me back and surprise surprise, NO ONE CALLS! I am so disappointed to say the least! Please sort out your service
