I ordered a Brook PCB on the 7th because I was wanting to build something for a friend and needed it, on the 12th, they cancelled my order without any reasoning given.
I went and ordered it from Puglist Tech instead, and it's arriving in a few days.
I'm only submitting this review because I kept getting emails about reviewing my experience, so they asked for this.

Hey Josiah, sorry for the trouble. The order was cancelled as your payment was declined and it wasn't paid. The payment process shows your PayPal payment did not go through when it was ordered and the website automatically then cancels your order. You may have received an email from our website ? and/or PayPal that told you why the order was cancelled? I will check on our website if this is working but you should get this from PayPal anyway.
Anyway, just letting you know why it was cancelled.

SO HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE
I originally wanted 2 black retro arcade stools. I got contacted by the company that they only had white ones left & I was prepared to settle but I was advised to wait until they checked with their supplier & that they would get back to me. When they got back to me they told me that I didn't have to settle but that I could have 2 black stools. I was stocked. My order arrived very quickly & I'm so happy with my purchase. Thank you so much at Austin Amusement. Your customer service is excellent. I have no problems recommending you. I just wish that everyone took such care of their customers

Sorry for the delay with your order. Your order was dispatched the same day you ordered it and sent via Auspost Eparcel.
When you emailed to say the parcel did not arrive we did lodge an enquiry with Auspost and chased it up every day until it was delivered a few days later, just before Christmas. I understand your frustration as the parcel was way overdue for delivery considering the Auspost estimated delivery time was 4-7 days and it took much longer.

In life, sometimes, we just need to buy a new Sanwa joystick. We've all been there.
Having purchased from Austin Amusements in the past, I was confident in their ability to provide parts and ship them safely, and fast.
The purchasing experience was very simple and straightforward; I was kept up to date of shipping progress; and when the joystick arrived it was safely packaged in bubble wrap, and in great condition.
