Fantastic service by Aussie movers, this is second time I am using them for moving houses. Have been recommending this company to all my friends. Efficient, friendly, helpful. Top class.

Booked a Luton van with two men at a reasonable price just 6 days ahead of the move. Quotation and paperwork were clear and professional. The movers were friendly like people you would like a pint with. My belongings were handled with care and the job was done in a timely manner.

Efficient, swift response and altogether first class.

The crew showed up promptly when they said, took a tour first to understand how to pack the van and managed to even fit more than they thought (luckily as I come with a lot of stuff). They were very friendly, super efficient, helped me pack my kitchen and make such a stress free experience for what has historically been super stressful. 12/10 recommend and will us them again 100%

Using Aussie Man and Van Ltd has been a seamless experience, from booking, paying and the removal day its self. Having never used a removal company before they left an excellent impression and represented the company very well. I would 100% recommend and would also use in the future if needed.

Alina, Akos and Simon were a fantastic help. They were helpful, polite and took care of everything with professionalism . Akos and Simon went the extra mile during the move to make sure the heavier pieces of furniture were placed in the correct rooms, so didn't require moving again. I couldnt fault anything about the whole process.

Although the moving people both at pick up and drop of were great, the service from the company was horrific.

A 7 day service ended up taking 12 days and this is without them informing me of the fact or agreeing to any sort of compensation for not fulfilling their part of the contract. The company admitted faults both over the phone and email but refused to give any sort of refund for being almost a week late with delivery and not informing me of the fact. You don't always get a premium service when paying a premium price. I will not be using their services again.

Brilliant experience and worth every penny. Made the mistake of trying to move myself using a zip van before, it took 3 trips and a whole day. The guys got it done super quick in barely over 2 hours door to door, super friendly and fixed up my shoddy packing attempts.

Went above and beyond as the gate to my new apartment block meant a bit of a trek with my stuff to the building. Would defo use again, definitely worth it, makes life so much easier.

Amazing all around! The booking process was really easy and the amount of flexibility and support AM&V provided throughout was fabulous, and just what you need during a stressful time. The movers were incredibly friendly, helpful, kind and efficient - have recommended to everyone I know! Hopefully I wont be moving again if I do need to move, I know who Im contacting! I cannot recommend them enough 😊

The second experience I had with Aussie Man & Van was smooth and truly enjoyable! I received the quote promptly within just a couple of days before my move-out, and Tashi, the representative, was so quick in following up with the paperwork- it took less than an hour to get the contract set up. I felt pleased that Aussie was happy to accommodate two drop-off points at no extra cost, especially since I had booked for two hours. The drivers were on time and quickly got familiar with where to park. They were really understanding when I arrived a bit late at the pick-up point. This company really stands out! I loved that I didn’t need to provide precise measurements for all my items, which was a huge relief since I hadn’t packed everything when I submitted the quote. I’ll definitely return if I need help again!

The whole process was very efficient and smooth. Folks were super nice as well. started at 8:15 and ended at 9:36 PM. Costed around 228 pounds for 1 bed move, 30 min drive.

Great experience with the movers, absolutely horrible experience with the cleaners.

I paid for an end of tenancy clean; they showed up 90 minutes late from the upper range of when they were supposed to arrive; stole unopened long-lived food that I was intending to take to the next apartment; and finally failed to clean the apartment such that my landlord is now demanding further cleans.

Don't be fooled by their "guaranteed clean" - no landlord will accept a follow-up visit from the company that left their apartment in such a state to begin with. When pushed, they offered a 25% refund, which absolutely will not cover the call-out fee for new cleaners. Shameful.

My experience with Aussie was a bit of a rollercoaster, mainly due to a frustrating mix-up with my van booking. I had booked for 11am (as confirmed in my email), but when I called the office at 11:15am to ask where the van was, I was told my booking was for 12 noon. After checking again, the representative confirmed it was for 11am, but then went on to say they don’t typically offer 11am bookings — only 8am or 1pm. This hadn’t been made clear when I booked, and honestly, it felt like an odd thing to bring up while I was clearly stressed.
I was then told the van was parked near my delivery address and should arrive in 10–15 minutes. However, when it still hadn’t shown up, I got a call from the driver — who explained he was actually on another job and wouldn’t be able to get to me until sometime between 1 and 2pm. He also mentioned that his booking sheet showed a 12 noon arrival, which only added to the confusion. I called the office again for clarification, and they confirmed the team was still on another job. I was also reminded that arrival times are approximate. I understand that’s stated in the terms and conditions, but I think most people would agree that approximate doesn’t mean showing up over two hours late without any prior notice or communication. What made the situation more frustrating was the lack of any follow-up from the main office. They acknowledged it was their mistake, but I received no apology, or courtesy call/email. To be honest, I chose Aussie based on a glowing recommendation from a mate, who had a great previous experience, so I was expecting a lot more. That said, the removal team themselves were fantastic. They were friendly, fast, and handled my fragile items with real care. They even let me ride along in the van to my new place and apologised multiple times for the mix-up, which was clearly out of their hands. I’d absolutely recommend the movers — but as for Aussie as a company, I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to do the same.

Aussie Man & Van were so great for our in-city move. The booking process was great, Tashi and Caroline were communicative and helpful. On moving day, Mark and his colleague (my apologies, I didn't catch your name!) were prompt, courteous, friendly, and so fast! They arrived 15 or so minutes before the scheduled move, asked if they could take a look at the items, and made a plan before efficiently and carefully moving everything into the van. I think all-in it took them less than 30 minutes. We met at the new flat, and they put boxes in the right rooms and were out in a flash. It was our first time using a moving company and we are so glad we chose them.

Punctual, detailed, went out of their way to help. They were quick, thorough, kind, great energy, helpful, nothing was too hard- it was an incredible experience. I really cant recommend highly enough. I had Oscar and Octavian and they were fantastic.

Fantastic service, professional, efficient and will 100% be using Aussie Man and Van again!!
