We got a very quick response on all our emails from Alina. When the guys who helped out on the day itself arrived we needed a lot more time that we had originally calculated, but they were very kind and patient, called the office and made sure they helped until the last box was moved. Very flexible and friendly! Thank you a lot for this (and sorry for messing up your schedule :-))

This was my third time booking Aussie Man and Van, and I have nothing but praise for the team. They did an outstanding job — friendly, efficient, and spreading good vibes despite the demanding nature of the work!

Super efficient, diligent, and responsible, they took great care loading the van and moving everything into my flat, always checking in about room placement and order.

Brilliant from start to finish. I was organising a move for my daughter from Fulham to Clapham. Chloe and Niahm were very understanding on the phone as I left everything to the last minute and we are not local, parking suspension was arranged and the moving men punctual fast and efficient. Would highly recommend.

We used Aussie Man and Van for packing our furniture and kitchen breakables and moving them from our house into storage. They were brilliant. Cosmin and Andrei arrived punctually and got straight on with it after instructions. Breakables were all packed carefully. They worked efficiently and were very helpful and patient making up boxes for us as we still had more packing to do and we were a bit flustered. They were polite, professional, respectful and communicated well. Would gladly use them again for another move.

My go-to removal company for London. Used them 4 times now. Easy booking process, competitive prices, arrive on time, pack with care and great teams!

I didn’t catch the names of the crew who helped me, but they were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. They carried everything up to the fourth floor with no lift and even helped transfer some boxes to a storage unit.

I have used Aussie Man and Van twice now and the experience has always been the same: easy to book, clear communication, punctual, and careful with my belongings. The whole process is straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude. Highly recommended!

I hired Aussie Man and Van to help me with my move to a storage unit last weekend. Femi and Bahadur were great, the communication was straight forward and they managed to solve the puzzle of how to fit everything into the storage unit. I’d recommend, and keep Aussie Man and Van on file for the next move.

Bryan and Santiago helped me move the other week and couldn't have been more helpful - they were super polite and friendly and took care of everything. Moving is always a bit of stressful experience but they made it so much easier!

*Updated review following a recent incident*
We used Aussie Man and Van twice recently. The first move seemed to go well and we rebooked them based on that experience.

However, we later discovered that two valuable items were left behind in their van during the first move - only found after we contacted them weeks later. There was no proactive communication. If we hadn’t contacted them, we would have never been able to find the items.

The second move was also disappointing. One of the movers had a l negative attitude throughout, which made the experience uncomfortable. A fan was also damaged during the move which we didn’t initially pursue, out of goodwill.

Despite acknowledging the mistake, the company refused to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture. When I raised this formally, they told me to escalate it to the ombudsman.

Very poor accountability and customer care. Would not use again.

Excellent service. Use Aussie Van for my recent home move. The removal guys were brilliant and nothing was a problem. Very polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Aussie Man when we moved to our new house in June. They were more than efficient and very careful with everything. They were also happy to adapt along the way when we realised our sofas wouldn't fit. On top of that, they were genuinely nice people and the fact that they were half the cost of their competitors was obviously the icing on the cake!
