Have a 2015 Skoda octavia Vrs and was have problems with the screen and also a tyre pressure warning light. Took the car to Skoda who were happy to charge but had no idea what they were doing. Took to Gavin at audio boffins who know straight away what the problem was, ordered part and fixed within days.

I received excellent service from this company it makes a change to do business with people that really know their stuff. I made arrangements to drop my car off at a certain time and they completed the job professionally in about an hour. I am really pleased with the work and am about to arrange with them for additional work to be completed. I would definitely recommend there services to anyone.

Unbelievably good service. The bloke actually phoned me up, unprompted, to help figure out exactly what cable I needed. We exchanged photos of the connectors in my car, the car stereos I was considering using, and the cables he had at his end to make sure they all matched up. The result is that I got the right cable, and he even found an extra cable (not expensive) to make the steering wheel controls work.

Ordered the wrong Audi wiring kit however Audio Boffins were great and helped sort things out - given that there were 4 options for my car I would not have managed without their advice.

Needed a quad lock adapter for my Skoda aftermarket stereo to allow it to remain on till the key was removed, found their website easily, ordered there and then, arrived 2 days later, fantastic service

Having had a DAB radio fitted to my motor home by a national car parts and cycle retailer, l have never been happy with the aerial performance. Found Audio Boffins and a visit to their premises and a meeting with Gavin confirmed for me that this could be sorted. Gavin is so passionate about what he does, explains all the options and even sends video clips of work in progress along with updates. On my van, he discovered poor fitting from a decent aerial and so fitted it all back together as it should have been ( rather than fit a new aerial ) saving me half of the original quote. There were also other minor wiring issues which he tidied up and sorted the hands free for the phone from a wire hanging from the visor. Really, really pleased with Gavin and his teams work and can't praise them enough.

Must admit for a few days I heard nothing from my order, but Gavin was proper unwell. As soon as his voice worked he was on the phone and on the case. It does feel like uk car audio is limited these days where oe systems suffice mainly, but so pleased Gavin is still stocking and supplying proper equipment and offering top advice. Honestly, had I found them sooner all of my purchases would have been here.

Took a drive down just for a bit of advice with a car specific speaker upgrade kit I had bought, Gavin advised me that he could fit with an oem connection, keeping the system plug and play and a more aesthetically pleasing. He fit my car in for first thing next working day as I had trouble getting my passenger door card off and was only planning on getting one done for now.

Ended up getting the second door panel off before the booking and he managed to get both speakers done with absolutely no notice and didn't make a deal out of it all.

I wouldn't even bother wasting my time looking around for anywhere else audio related. I mentioned that my stereo will be next, so Gavin took my reg and has sent with me the best options for my car. Will definitely have the stereo fitted by these lads.

This time at Audio Boffins I have had 2, 12 excursion subwoofers in a custom ported box fitted into my insignia, and I must say with the 2 amps and a little magical audison bit 10 and its little brother the audison little bit to gracefully tune it all together she pumps out some soundwaves and a half! With out a doubt I will keep on using Audio Boffins and the teams knowledge for as long as I can. These guys know what they are doing and would highly recommend them to anybody.

I thought the postage and packing charge was excessive for such a small item. It took nearly a week to arrive so must have been shipped at a fraction of the price charged.

Audio boffins had a challenge with my jaguar xf not alot of hight room but they have done an amazing job and managed to keep access to the spare wheel and battery compartment. Sent me pictures of all there work looks very professional and sounds awesome. Would highly recommend
