Excellent experience having never heard of them. They called me before dispatch to double check compatability and provided tips and advice for fitting. Went above and beyond to truly help and felt very very positive about the experience. Fast delivery too. 100% recommend!

I contacted several companies when looking to have my infotaiment system upgraded to include Android Auto. Audio Boffins offered the perfect system after detailing the installation process and the benefits of the package recommended. The installation was professionally carried out whilst i waited. A comprehensive after sales service was offered. I would recommend this company as they were able to offer a solution where others couldn't.

What an incredible service. I’d definitely recommend using Audio Boffins. I was told by other companies that the problem I had with my radio was unfixable and would need to go to a Mercedes dealership. However Audio Boffins invited me over to take a look and were able to resolve the issue themselves. I’m so grateful for the service and they so cheap compared to Mercedes. 10/10 transaction. Will definitely use in the future if needs be.

Text Gavin a few days ago regarding my Nissan Juke which I purchased earlier this year . I discovered it didn’t hv wireless CarPlay had I hv known I would hv purchased it . I hv been sold various cables which I hate . I also purchased a dongle from Amazon . Nothing did the job well . After speaking to Gavin I went to Audio Boffins met Gavin he sorted the whole thing out with a new dongle that works . I am very pleased . Would use them again for sure

So before I got in touch with these guys I phoned a couple of auto electricians and they wanted nothing to do with my car. I called Auto Boffins &dpoke to Gavin he said bring it down at 2pm and I’ll have a look basically I couldn’t get the reverse camera or steering wheel remote working on a radio I just fitted. Within 10 seconds of him taking the radio out he spotted the problem right away. And with that sorted it out for me and now everything’s working as it should. He’s had 25 years at this and if anyone needs any audio work doing don’t hesitate he’s definitely your man. He also does radio and amp repairs so keep that in mind as well. Oh yeah and his prices ain’t bad either. Just want to say thanks Gavin and your colleague for doing such a great swift job and look forward to seeing you again in the future. Your 25 years of knowing is god send to anyone. Cheers pal.

DAB car radio stopped working. Approached Audio Boffins… very good clarity on service Gavin could provide and cost. Very reasonable cost to assess problem and see if easy and cheap solution to fix . Most importantly when he did this and ascertained solution not cost effective… Gavin got clarity of what I needed in the new system… purchased and installed at no extra cost to original assessment. Would recommend Gavin above the large national provider who provide similar systems. Also very good with his communication … timescale etc .
