Do NOT bid with these scammers.. they show you pics of items in a box and take your winning payment and postage fees which are are about £8 and charge you £16 for packing them. When you receive the parcel 3 weeks later, the order is incomplete … you then phone up a guy called Mike answers giving you stories of a delay of items from their supplier Absolutely ridiculous I’ve never in 30 years of dealing with auction groups have come across such absolute rubbish auction group. It’s been a month of payment and I am still waiting for the part of the order.
Please other reviews of this auction247 group. Also read other reviews about Auction247 unfortunately I didn’t read and lost out..

Absolutely dreadful auction house bid on 2 125 ml aftershaves they sent 75ml ask for a quick resolution but just got lies that they would send more please save you time and effort and donot use ,apparently the issue will be resolved it’s been 2 weeks now will update if resolved .

Scammers don’t buy from them they not send products to you . You call them they said will send its going like 3 months never send nothing I will report them to citizens advice consumer

Avoid these scammers. Very quick to publish invoices and collect the funds however 3 months later, the goods have still not yet dispatched. Various emails have been sent yet without any resolution.

I would not recommend using this auction house. They pressured me to make payment within 24 hours, which I did, expecting a prompt and professional service. However, after receiving my payment, they stopped responding to my emails regarding delivery.

After waiting for over a week, they finally replied only to tell me that I now had to contact a separate company to arrange processing and delivery of my goods. This added even more delays and wasted my time.

The communication was poor, the customer service was disappointing, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. If you value clear communication and efficient service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

100% scammers, won a lot, i paid but did not receive. emailed, whatsapp'd but took over a month for them to say they had by accident "sent it to another bidder with the same sir name"..... yeah right, took another month for them to get a lot together and send it to me, i received 10 of 1 item, 7 of another and 2 shitty card decks and said that your lot...... FRIGING SCAM

I won 3 auctions just before christmas 2025 and the invoice was sent to me on 12th Jan 26. I got the invoice and paid it straight away. They didn't send me anything else and no invoice arrived for shipping costs. I rang them and spoke to someone who promised me it would be sorted. I have rung several times since, got in touch with I-Bidder too and they tried to help but these guys just ignored us all. They still have my money and my goods, totally scam artists, don't waste your time and money.
