Style meets comfort
Polite customer service. Prompt handling of unwanted goods to be returned/collected/refunded and swift delivery of new grey bar stools which I love so much. They're a joy to sit on. I wish they did them in real leather as they are so stylish and add to my kitchen's contemporary look.

A good selection of bar stools on the…
A good selection of bar stools on the site. I wanted a bar stool that swivelled but had 4 legs instead of heavy metal base. I chose the Ohio bar stool in cream. Delivery was quick and the stools were packed well. Did have to assemble them but was quite easy - at least my husband said so!! Very pleased regarding the quality and they look very stylish.

Poor quality - suspect they knowingly sold defective stock
I am extremely disappointed with my experience, particularly as my chairs arrived damaged for a second time. On both occasions, I was informed that all remaining stock was also damaged and that the company would therefore be unable to fulfil the order properly.
Following the first delivery, which arrived with visible damage and poor-quality metalwork, I was advised that a refund was the only available resolution, as the warehouse had confirmed all stock was defective. Some time later, I noticed the chairs had increased in price on the website. As we had already purchased the matching bar stools and wanted the dining chairs to coordinate, we placed a second order, assuming this indicated new stock had arrived.
Unfortunately, the replacement chairs also arrived damaged. Initially, I was offered £20 compensation against the entire order, which I did not consider acceptable given the severity of the damage. A further offer of either £30 compensation or a full refund was then made. Coincidentally, the £30 offered matched the price increase since my original purchase.
In the end, I accepted the refund, but I strongly suspect that these were not new items, but the same damaged stock previously supplied. Since then, I have continued monitoring the website to see whether the chairs would be marked as out of stock or identified as damaged stock, as I specifically suggested this would be the responsible course of action. However, even two weeks after my order, there has been no change to the listing.
Based on this, I can only conclude that damaged stock is knowingly continuing to be sold to customers.

Really lovely premium looking chairs…
Really lovely premium looking chairs and supports a person well even if overweight. Very comfortable.
One seat had a small cut in it but they were very quick to send a replacement.
