Bought two barstools
Bought two barstools, 2 1/2 years ago. They were £99 each. One of them has failed completely. I contacted Atlantic and they are not really interested. Beware of this company. Quality is atrocious.

All round perfection
Following completion of a kitchen extension two bar stools were needed, having completed an extensive search to find what was in my mind, I came across Atlantic shopping who had a huge selection to choose from and I found exactly what I was looking for. Website was easy to navigate and ordering was even easier, price was very competative in comparision to other retailers with similar offerings. Website confirmed next day delivery, but having ordered on the Monday afternoon and didn't really anticipate delivery by Tuesday - but the stools arrived before 10.00am on Tuesday - excellent service and the stools themselves are gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable. Very easy to put together and absolutely perfect in my new kitchen - recommend the business and the bar stools highly.

Etienne is ok, but could be soo much better
The good; product looked good in imagery and arrived very quickly with courier dropping in room of choice. Product information good and it mentioned partial assembly required, not an issue. Product is comfortable after final assembly.
The bad; assembly instructions good and simplistic. However the quality of screw fixings for legs, which are of average quality was poor and inconsistent with some poorly produced resulting in cross threading. Too much of a pain to return at partial assembly phase.

Chairs appeard worn not new
What were sold as new chairs did not appear new. Parts of the fabric on each chair looked worn. This did not look like a natural occurrence for this material. One of the chairs was damaged with a line/score running along the back.
Company offered for them to be returned, but they are now discontinued so the same replacement couldn't be offered.
Disappointed with my purchase bur torn as the chairs really matched my room
