Recently purchased 2 . Both worked right out the box after charging. Had a problem registering them for extended warranty but their customer service was very responsive and we we got it straightened out quickly.

Customer service was quick to respond to my initial request for help with a problem I had with the product. After they determined that the product was faulty, they issued a replacement immediately and I had it within 4 days.

Responsive customer service
We bought a combined car tyre inflator/battery charger but after less than six months it stopped working at the critical point that I had a puncture and needed the inflation pack! The company responded really quickly to my concerns. They offered an alternative but this didn't have the same features (as only inflated tyres). The did subsequently approve a full refund. Only 4 stars for experience as a similar product was available, but it would have cost the company £10 more that what we'd originally paid and they said that it didn't meet their replacement policy. I thought it would have been a reasonable gesture, given I was stranded when their product failed to work!
