Astral Lighting and Home Omdömen 

I had a mixed experience with Astral Lighting and Home. The staff were helpful when choosing lights that fit my space and budget, offering a wide selection. However, I faced challenges with a refund policy and replacing broken shades. Despite this, their service overall showed care and expertise. Would recommend cautiously.

Excellent service from everyone in the shop. We had a few lights to buy and the man in the shop pointed out some of the bargains in store and found a really special one just for our kitchen. Will be telling all my friends and family!

Staff were really helpful when finding lights for new home which fit the size of the room and in my budget. Really wide selection of lights and will return when decorating the upstairs!

In their defence to my complaint, astral stated that they do not have to offer a refund but as a good will gesture give a credit note valid for one year so people are not left with lights they do not want.
UM EXCUSE ME, you have my £263 cash there is nothing in your store suitable i want.
My kitchen is being fitted now, I need lights now, I can't get them because you have my money.
Why do you not offer a refund ???
Theft scam theft.
I am left with lights I do not want.

There is a fantastic variety of lighting in the store at competitive prices. The staff were extremely helpful, proactive and obliging. Everything arrived on time and we will definitely visit again.

Really helpful when considering all the options - what would and may not work in our own home. Great value, with service to match (including after sales).
We will be going back again soon!

Bought a light 8 months ago, only recently opened to find a broken crystal drop.. Telephoned and spoke to Tony.. He said no problem to pop in..
Called in to the shop to be given two replacement crystals with no charge.. Not often this happens.. What a fab service .. wouldn't go anywhere else for my light fittings... ✨️

Always provide the right lights for all our developments, great service

The pendant light we bought from Astral was handmade through one of the owners local suppliers and we went to Astral as we had previously bought some outside lights from there and the quality of the lights along with service was excellent. As the voice of the customer I have no hesitation in recommending Astral lighting as there is something in the light store for everyone at every budget with a service that is second to non.

Visited Astral today l cannot fault the service nothing was too much trouble. They helped with the light fittings l had in mind and advised what was suitable regarding size as well as lighting and my preference. They even demonstrated and helped with mirror size for my bathroom and were able to sought the product online in a sale for me to collect shortly. They certainly know their stuff and how to support and treat their customers.

Got told to pay a visit by my new neighbour as I wanted new lights for my new home , my neighbour suggested astral lighting as he said the shop was local & friendly & could assist in choosing the correct lighting for my home after going to B&Q & a few other big brand stores I found astral equal if not better on pricing & must admit there’s more to lighting than getting a new fitting Wendy I believe it was suggested something different to what’s the norm & must admit they no there stuff & bonus lower Wattage lights higher lumens Cheaper bills can’t recommend them enough

Returning customer! I went in looking for a light for my new sewing machine that I had purchased from next door at J&B Sewing Machines and they were ever so helpful. I was shown several different types and the differences from the colour to the brightness of the lights were explained too.
I elected for an Led curved floor light and matching desk light that sit beautifully in my crafting area and illuminate my work space perfectly. The quality of their lights is superb and really good value for money too. Couldn't believe that I managed to get two lights a such a low price.
Would highly recommend visiting the showroom and if you cant see what your looking for then just ask as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

Myself and partner have practically furnished our WHOLE HOUSE with Astral lighting and home! We have SO MANY compliments on our home decor and lighting by EVERYONE who enters our home!! Very very reasonable prices! Thankyou so much for going above on customer service!!

I needed a couple of lights for my new home, so decided to try Astral Lighting, as it was recommended to me by a friend. Met Tony as I got there, he was so helpful and understood exactly what i wanted and I was able to purchase everything I needed at a reasonable price. Everything in the store looked amazing and i even walked out with a lovely mirror also. Couldn't recommend Astral Lighting enough. You won't be disappointed.

Yet again Astral Lighting have exceeded our expectations. We have bought many lights from Astral in Cardiff over the years and always go back for more when we move or need a change. The service is always on point. We’ve just bought some new lights and dining chairs for our home. Exceptional quality and very reasonably priced. Thanks to the two Tony’s, can’t recommend you enough.

We have always received excellent customer service from the whole team and especially Matt. We had difficulty with a bulb recently which was flickering in our cascading light. Matt went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer on our behalf to source the correct bulb.
This was dealt with so swiftly and we were even provided with spares.
We never look to go to any other lighting shop as the service & choice of lights are superb.

Very disappointed with the quality of light I purchased for outdoors. They give off no light what so ever. Poor quality product.
Can’t return them as they are now fitted.
Managers attitude not great and blame was put on me. £220 wasted

Light fitting arrived with broken shades. It took three attempts to get replacements. Astral were completely disinterested telling me the company that made them were " a multi million pound company. They're not going any where" and also I could not get a refund or exchange as the broken shades were just "cosmetic". These shades were not standard and only the shades that could be used with the fitting.
A family member has also had problems with a light fitting purchased from Astral.

No better place to buy lights got the best price around and a good deal I'm thinking of buying more.lighrlts from here cheaper than and better than Amazon
