testing kit missing respirator!!!
order a testing kits for 2 sample, it arrived without respirator, clearly state in the instruction manual literally the most important safety gear for the whole thing....only found out on the day of testing, went to the nearest hardware store bought one and hoping they will reimburse the amount, saying don't have this policy......it's more than fair to ask for the missing mask, one week later still not arrived.....very bad company policy and operation procedures

Waste materials
Clear and easy process and rapid results.
However, there is a lot of plastic waste associated with the testing (plastic sheet, gloves, overalls, etc), much of which some users may already have. This results in not only a lot of plastic waste being disposed of, but also a significant extra cost. Would it not be better to have the protective gear as an additional extra, rather than a compulsory component of each single package.

It was very straightforward and easy…
It was very straightforward and easy process. The local test was going to be $600. I was glad to only pay $100 for 4 test materials and get peace of mind. All of my tests were negative.

My sample was very time sensitive. When the USPS let me down by delivering my “Priority Mail” days late (no surprise there), I wrote to Asbestos Sampling to please expedite my test, and they came through same-day. They’re great.
