Impossible to get a response from customer service for either Arnotts or Brown Thomas - we have tried the contact form on their respective websites several times - no response. Phone calls where calls are transferred to the ' correct department' and the call just drops. The customer service agents can only direct you to the online chat which is an AI agent and once you ask to be connected to an agent the chat just stalls ..... no effective customer service available at all.

I recently contacted Arnotts to have reward points from an instore purchase added to my new loyalty card, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the experience. I received a prompt and friendly response from Marta in the customer care team, and after just one email, everything was sorted.

It’s refreshing to be pleasantly surprised when reaching out to customer service, especially when your query is handled so quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. A big thank you to Marta and the team for such efficient support. Keep up the great work!

There was a problem with an order that didn't arrive. (Empty, damaged box).
I contacted customer service and a replacement was organised.
The replacement was sent by courier.
I am very happy with the help I received from Conor.

I do not live in Dublin so I shop online at Arnotts. The sale items are of good value . I shop for things which I cannot get here in my home town . I have returned good’s twice with no problems and always very pleasant staff.

Recently bought a robot vacuum, does a good job picking up dust and keeping floors clean with minimal effort

Recently bought a toaster and when it arrived there was slight dent which I notified Arnotts of. Their response was very quickly offering to replace, refund or a discount. This was all done within about an hour. Very impressive at how fast they responded

I had an issue with a beauty product,I contacted Arnotts via the website to report the issue. I was contacted by a team member called Conor,who was extremely helpful. My replacement has arrived within 5 days

Relayed my concern/ query to customer care team, who outlined the standard policy. Upon careful consideration of my underlying issue, they discussed with their team and suggested an alternative which was very helpful and considered.

I am updating my review as the issue has now been resolved.

After a long delay and several follow-ups on my part, I finally received my vacuum cleaner back and it is now working properly. The store also applied the agreed compensation to my loyalty account.

Although the process took longer than expected and communication could have been handled better, I appreciate that the matter has now been concluded.

Came in to purchase a perfume as a gift and a worker named Nenad helped me straight away. Really friendly and professional and gift wrapped my perfumes along with samples expertly. Very pleasant experience overall.

Excellent Service! I was recently looking for a specific pair of Russell & Bromley ladies shoes, and called the store where I was connected to a gent called Marcellos (hope I'm getting the name right here). He was extremely kind and assisted me to get the last pair in my size. What a pleasure to deal with such a professional and thoughtful member of their team.

I had great help today from your wonderful retail assistant Hannah who went back and forth for me to help me find the right boots! I also met a really helpful lady in Whistles. Hope the staff are treated well because they work very hard!
