Westcliff Army & Navy (Surplus) Stores was first opened in 1950 with a simple concept – supplying quality goods at prices the average working man could afford. This was achieved then, as it is now, by shopping around for specials and bulk buying, allowing us to pass those savings directly on to our customers. After many decades of trading in our physical store, we have now closed the shop and moved fully online. While our way of selling has changed, our family-run ethics remain exactly the same – keeping costs to a minimum, ensuring low prices, and never compromising on quality or service. We continue to expand our ranges and source new products regularly, turning stock around quickly so we can provide you with the highest quality goods at rock-bottom prices. Even though we are now an online store, we are still a tight-knit family business that has proudly served our customers since 1950.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, no customer service whatsoever, item ordered as advertised, wrong colour delivered. No replies to messages or emails.

Hello, thank you for leaving your review.

We have now been able to locate your order and can see what has happened. Firstly, we are very sorry that you received the wrong colour jacket and that your eBay message was unfortunately missed.

We have contacted you directly and have sent the correct Navy jacket out to you this morning by 1st Class post, along with a returns label for the incorrect one.

We sincerely apologies for the oversight and inconvenience caused. This certainly isn't the level of service we aim to provide and we hope we have now been able to put things right for you.

Scammers

Made an order, paid for next day delivery and it didn't arrive. I also logged in my account and it says no orders so will now have to dispute with the credit card company. Scam stay far away.

Didn't even get a confirmation email but happily took my money!!

It’s possible that you may have placed an order with a different website with a similar name, as unfortunately this does happen from time to time.

ORDER NOT DELIVERYED

Made an on the 18/11/25 paid from postage which stated 48hrs delivery it is now the 24/11/25 and still no sign of items. I have email with no reply I have also phoned today at 4.10pm 4x each time i was put on hold and then someone put the phone down .Very poor

After investigating, we found that one of the items was held at a separate warehouse, which unfortunately delayed the rest of your order. We can confirm that your order was delivered in full on 25th November.

We also sincerely apologise for the difficulty you had contacting us — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are reviewing this internally to ensure it does not happen again.

We pride ourselves on providing a reliable and efficient service, so we are sorry that on this occasion we fell short of expectations. Thank you for your feedback.

Horrid - Blaming me for there error and won't refund

Horrid !!! arrogant customer service chavs, they sent wrong size, wrong colour and its my fault! and wont give me a refund.

Returns process fails.

Ordered a couple of items. Didn't fit well so returned them. The website returns process is a little buggy and only authorised the return of 1 item, however, got RAN, and called CS to get the additional item added. Followed the rest of the instructions and returned the items. Quite some time later and still waiting for the account status to be updated and obviously no sign of a a refund. I wouldn't shop online with Army and Navy again.

Ordered a number of items

Ordered a number of items, delivery was resonable.
One garment required changing, sent back the unwanted garment and am still waiting.
1 month has gone by and this isn't even snail mail.
