I bought a backpack and hoodie
I bought a backpack and hoodie. Both were great quality. My hoodie didn't come but after I spoke to webchat it was resolved and delivered 48 hours later. A positive experience.

Your details are not on our system
I would you suggest you check who purchased your items off !
Can you remove this posting please
Frustrating
I have just given up trying to purchase something from this site,ok it's not a high value item but the sale just won't go through.
I then received a rather curt reply to say there was nothing wrong with their system and as far as they could see i hadn't attempted to make a purchase, yet at the time there was actually an item in my basket I had made several attempts to purchase.

I paid £8 for next day delivery of some trousers. They were happy to take the money. No delivery was ever made. I was unable to contest the delivery with the courier as I wasn't the sender. On speaking to the 'Customer Service' folks they let me know there was nothing they could do.
Avoid.

Very good customer service
Bought a pair of cadet shoes from this shop.
On delivery the shoes were 2 different sizes, on informing the shop they immediately sent replacement shoes with out waiting for the return, no fuss or bother.
They also offered 2 ways to return.
The service at all times felt personal and e-mail communication was extremely prompt.
Would use again
