Ordered a stained glass book lamp on 1 October, still not received on 9 November. Thankfully got my money refunded by PayPal with no trouble at all. This company are scamming people left, right and centre, do not buy from them!

Item not received, the parcel tracking company (24servicevip) is a scam. Do not order from this company. If you see their adverts on Facebook or other social media report it as a scam

I ordered 3 Moneyboxes on 4th October 2023 I am still waiting for them I have been fobbed off every time I email I now can’t track my order they’ve told me it’s in transit and has arrived in the UK it’s since then I’ve not been able to track my items I have again emailed them today 5th November 2023 and said I shall be contacting the UK’s Trading Standards if my goods are not delivered this week! I notice that they are advertising once more on Facebook!

Over 2 months and my stuff is a no show. I’ve been told to be patient!!! Today I find the “link has expired” and I cannot access the customer service system. I believe it’s all a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Ordered book-lamp several weeks ago. Never received item and chase chased several times. They keep referring me to a tracking site which does not give accurate information.

I ordered a stained glass book light still haven’t received this. I cannot track this now I’m so angry that this is obviously a scam site I’m supposed to pay by 3rd November but there is no way I will be paying for something I have not received.

Ordered with klarna..messaged klarna to say my lamp has not been delivered its been 5 weeks tracking was really good but now can't press the track button to get on .think this is a scam ,sick of been scared online it's getting a joke

Firstly they overcharged me £10.66. then i tried to contact them via their email and it refers me to links which are irrelevant to my query. Tried to request a full refund which it says you can do within 12 hours but unable to get it as it keeps passing me to another link. I honestly think this is a scam and that i'll be contacting paypal for a full refund.

Placed an order but item never received. Tracking is useless, emailed them on a number of occasions but just received auto responses that are of no use. Paid using debit card, have requested a charge back through my bank as requests for a refund go unanswered by this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered 2 products months ago. First of all they overcharged me. Waited months for the products to turn up. Never seen such poor quality in my life. They have very clever advertising to show some very nice products but when they turn up they are rubbish. I bought a money box, which is so tiny you can't even fit £2 coin in, and it arrived scratched. The "book" is cheap plastic with only a few pages and you have to stick your own velcro on, the velcro was not included. I have emailed them and they offered £3 compensation. What a joke. Complete scammers that think they can get away with it due to being in a different country. Very rude on email saying that it is not in my best interests to send the item back as it will cost me more money. Will be taking this higher unless I receive compensation to the amount I paid.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Tracker shows it in a residential street in Manchester. Only automated response so now reported to PayPal for a refund. very disappointing

Placed order 42 days ago. Lots of auto updates. Now wanting a £1 postage by card payment only. Emailed to say this is a scam and I want a refund. No replies. Am now reporting them .

I still haven't received my order, which was ordered over 6 weeks ago. I had corrospondence until 2 weeks ago, now nothing, all I get is automated messages which tell me nothing. I am going through PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back, as this company is obviously not reliable and looks like I've been scammed.

Ordered products over 40 days ago, tracking is regular until suddenly it stops & no responses or replies. Assume it’s a scam.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Order never received. Automated system is a stalling mechanism. No reply. Reported to financial authorities and actioned.

Made a sizeable order over 6 weeks ago which wasn’t received . Emailed the site numerous times just to receive an automated response or to just be ignored . I commented on their Facebook page to be immediately blocked and also blocked me off their main site . Luckily I paid via Klarna and was refunded as they didn’t respond to Klarna either . Wish I read the reviews first as review are awful . Makes me very wary of buying off a other site advertised by Facebook

Ordered 2 x canisters with attitude, took forever to arrive and can not remove the lids. Contacted them for a refund and for me to return the items. Got totally irrelevant replies. Very poor quality goods and very poor customer service. It's definitely a scam company. Wish I'd read all the reviews first 😒

Architecturt set up to flog cheap nasty plastic items, that get delivered with the maximum amount of fuss, bombarded with emails from shipping@24service letting you know that your product has been moved from one side of the shed to the other, 30 days from order to delivery allegedly from the US. I have ordered other items that were sent from NZ that arrived in 7 days. A very poor company/setup invented to part hard earned cash from customers with very clever advertising. If you e mail them they auti return with a system to fob you off. Beware
