Don’t use this company!! I ordered Christmas toys following seeing adverts via social media. They charged me more than the price, but refunded this extra amount very quickly when I informed them. The items arrived (took weeks, evidently coming from china) and were not as advertised. The toys did not function as advertised and were missing parts. I went via the same route and was asked to sent proof of the faulty items. I did, however, they only offered me £5 refund (item cost £35) I refused, to which they said £10. I accepted thinking this wasn’t going to go very far. Fast forward more than a month and there has been no such money back. Every time I email they advised the money is on the way, then nothing. It’s a cheap, fake, unreliable source of shopping. I should have done my research rather than trust that via social media advertising was legit.

I got scammed just before Christmas

Not even worth 1 star. Ordered Christmas gifts in November received after Christmas so too late and shocking quality. Not as advertised. Will try for refund but not feeling confident

Been trying to contact the store about an item I haven't received which was over 3 months ago there still trying to take payment through klarna as they have proof of shipping but I haven't received the item an have no joy trying to get through to them. Absolutely shocking site won't use ever again.

This is a scam company that should be avoided at all costs. I haven't received the items I ordered although they insist that they have been delivered. I am currently raising a case through PayPal.

SCAM !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY.
They overcharged me and I cancelled the order, their website says you can cancel before shipping. The customer service take so long to reply that they ship and then tell you it's too late to cancel.

I was all set to request money back through pay pal because my order hadn’t arrived since ordering in October. And were sitting at a residential address in Birmingham. But my six money boxes arrived on Saturday. Smaller than advertised but perfectly formed. Seems ridiculous that parcels can come so quickly from china but take so long from USA. But hey ho. Six little people will get their money boxes for Christmas.

Placed orders 12th October received part order today 23rd November ordered 3 money boxes the one I received is so small not worth the money, no tracking number for second part of order, I advise people not to buy this rubbish

Avoid ! Scammers ! Disgusting scammers. You will not see your stuff or money again !

What an absolute joke of a company (if it’s even a company) AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!!!! Useless contact useless customer service useless email or should I say BOGUS!!!!!!!!! After sales ***k off!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 money boxes and was given tracking numbers which at first didn't work so emailed the company who updated the tracking numbers and at first they worked.
Tracked them for 5 weeks until they arrived at Cambridge then nothing.
Emailed company numerous times and got no reply..
Trying to get money back from PayPal but am having trouble tracking it down

Absolute joke of a firm.
Order placed 16th September, arrived today 20th November. Lettered moneyboxes, half the size what was in video. Do not order off this firm.

Ordered on the 1st October - thank god I paid with PayPal. Received tracking that the item had landed in the United Kingdom at the end of October.
Then just in transit from the 1st November.
Sadly reading the other reviews, I am forced to wonder if the company is just a scam?
Paypal refunded instantly - within 2 minutes of me starting my claim.

Ordered on 4/10. Tracked via tracking app. Last report was in UK in Leeds. Tried going through Parcel force etc.. nice man had no record of it. Don't order through this site

SCAM company - beware!

Ordered from this supposed company on 26th September 2023.sent with tracking which is a scam. Who set fake shopping websites and you never receive goods.Now 21st November and item still not arrived ,I have gave up now but so angry .

I would do less than 1 star if I could. Absolutely vile scam company DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM!!

I have now reported this company who do not even have a valid postcode to Trading Standards and PayPal as they are refusing to take responsibility for damaged item - as I said in my last review - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a book lamp 7 weeks ago, tracking was provided almost immediately but is next to useless as there is no carrier specified.
Despite repeated emails I have not had my product or any idea where it might be.
Trying to get my money refunded now as this is obviously a SCAM, like so many other reviewers have said DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
