Product arrived on time and in good condition, as I have not fitted it yet I cannot comment on the boiler heater element itself

Great customer service.
The part was very competitively priced and was speedily dispatched.
There was an issue with the courier but customer service for this seller were very prompt and sensitive with addressing my concerns.
I would definitely recommend buying from this seller.

I ordered a part wrong so sent it back
I ordered a part wrong so sent it back. Ordered the right part as per list but got the same part sent back as was sent the first time. Now have to send that back. Hopefully third time lucky. Also you can not get to talk to anyone even though there in Britain

We are only open from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday and unfortunately, your message was sent over the weekend so we were unable to respond in as timely a manner as you would have liked. We have added these opening hours to more areas of our website so this is more clear for future customers.
