Buyer beware
I have delt with this company before through ebay with no problems but when I went direct through their website I then had problems. I opted for free next day delivery which didn't appear, I then sent numerous emails which they only replied to one saying that they don't have any orders for me then they never replied to my emails again until I got PayPal evolved which they sorted it out straight away. I think if I had not paid by PayPal I would never got my items or refund. Be careful.

Great company and great service
I wanted to order a new filter but had no idea where to start. Our pond had been in when we brought the house. Not only did the lady on the phone give me great advice on the filter but she advised me about a treatment o help the filter. My delivery arrived in good time too.

False Promises
Their website states same day dispatch with next day delivery, They don't answer their phones. Turns out they don't hold stock therefore still awaiting my delivery but their had the check to charge my card!

Disgraceful
I bought a filter a couple of years ago and whilst having no real issues with this filter within these two years a few months ago the quartz tube cracked and i had to decomission my filter. Their website said that the tube was out of stock so I called in and was told a week and new quartz tubes would be in. A week came and went and after a few more days of the website saying they were out of stock I called up again and was told that the tubes had to be sent back to manufacturer and it would be a week again before they were it. Email after email week after week, 3 months pass and finally a quartz tube gets to me. But by this time the damage is done. Being told I only had a week to wait lead me to believe a decomissioned filter and carefully monitored pond would be ok. But at the end of every week was another excuse and now desipte all my hard work raising koi from fri, I loose 5 due to the ammonia. This would not have happened if I had the part I needed when I needed it. I understand that an individual tube was not available but surely been as the filter itself wasn't out of stock one could be took from a filter and sent to me and replaced when their order arived. As it stands nothing was done and I'm left wondering whether it is worth the time money or hastle to start again.
