Just recieved a plants from AG,As previously arrived in healthy pristine condition, delivery on time as promised despite the weather

This company were brilliant. I ordered a 36" jungle plants collection. I asked them if they would mark the plants as to where in the tank thay should go as i am a novice when it comes to plants. They arrive on time and were well packaged and all the plants were in very good condition and all marked up as to where they should go. I can't fault this company and there service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plants etc.

Great quality plants, fast next day delivery, well packaged and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience with this company. Can not fault. Provide plenty information so you get the right equipment first time thus saving you money. The product I bought was well packaged & arrived in a very quick time scale. Highly recommended

ordered 5 planted bogwood from here and for the price and how small and damaged they were is a disgrace sent them a email but no reply oh and 2 of the pieces floated complete and utter rubbish saying there specialists i would have got better pieces from pets at home and better quailty

I’m extremely happy with the service from Aquarium Gardens. I asked a question through their contact page and they responded in under and hour with a really helpful answer.
Ordering was quick and simple and really happy with the quality of the decorative rocks we’ve received.

For tropical aquarium plants, the best. Excellent large plants, well grown, well packed and identified, and sent very quickly. First class service.

Lovely selection of plants, rocks etc with information about their characteristics and how to use them and care for them.

Very clear website, user friendly.

Fast service and everything arrived in fabulous condition in suitable protective packaging.

Would definitely use this company again.

Ordered an internal filter 5 days ago, which never arrived. I then had to email them to check on delivery. They said they had issues with their courier, but never bothered to inform me until I contacted them 5 days later, and explained that they MAY collect it next week for delivery to me! WOW - not the greatest of customer service! Refund requested. To be fair, and I don't doubt they are very nice people, I have ordered from them previously and their products are exceptional. Just disappointed this time, hence the decent star rating, despite my experience. Errol.

My go to shop for all aquatic plants. Dave is super helpful, and always willing to advice!

The shop in Huntington is a gallery of planted tanks, a must visit!!

This was my first order with Aquarium Gardens and I am delighted with the quality of the plants.

I chose next day delivery with DPD and my order arrived on time.

I will certainly use Aquarium Gardens again and would recommend them highly to anybody looking for aquarium plants, you won't be disappointed.

Couldn’t recommend enough, quick delivery, plants all really really healthy, good selection of elderly stone that I’d ordered, fantastic all round.

One of the best shops for anything aquarium related. Really good customer service and on time deliveries. Great selection of products and hardscape. During covid pandemic they were very helpful and selected for me rocks for my new aquarium (according to my preference as I could not be there obviously). Thanks!

Great service i asked for specific sized rock for my aquarium and got exactly that. Also very Healthy plants would definitely recommend
