Was kept updated on my order as there was a slight delay due to weather (not the shops fault) all my assassin snails and red whiptail arrived fully intact. Sadly lost a couple of shrimp but extra were added to my order as it is normal for them to die in transit. All in all very happy with the price and contact with the shop will definitely be back for more fish and shrimp and possibly assassin snails if my infestation of ram snails continues

I ordered a few shrimp and some fish from CUAquatics.co.uk.
The blue of the shrimp, is electric. So bright. The gold shrimp are very bright as well.
All the fish seem fine aside from one with a bit of tail fin damage.
They answered email really fast and everything went efficiently.
My order arrived when it was supposed to. My only problem is that I really want to order more right now.

Fast delivery and secure packaging. Ordered 5 Blue Diamond shrimp, which arrived within 2 working days. The shrimp were secure in a sealed bottle with a large piece of netting for them to hang onto during shipping. All shrimp acclimated well and are happily living in my tank.

First time ordering from CUAQUATICS - I ordered assassin snails as my tank is plagued with pest snails. Very, very reasonable prices compared to my local aquatic shops!
Will definitely use them again.

Received my order a day earlier than expected which was great.
I ordered 10 Horned Nerite Snails and received an extra couple, which was also a nice surprise and all are doing great! However, on checking my snails, I did notice one that looks like a bladder snail. I am monitoring it in a separate container.

Overall, I do recommend them!

I ordered a rabbit snail and two onion snails. They arrived quickly and they generously added two extra onion snails. All the snails were alive and well even though the plastic container had split and most of their water was actually in the Jiffy bag. Not really a fault but perhaps a softer more durable plastic container would remedy this in the future. All said and done I’m very happy with cuaquatics and would highly recommend them.
