I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of Neritina snails. They arrived in excellent health and very quickly. The patterns on their shells are truly beautiful. As soon as they were introduced into the aquarium, they immediately started exploring their new environment. The shipping was fast, and the entire process from purchase to delivery was closely monitored and confirmed through emails. I will definitely be shopping at this store multiple times in the future. Snails all arrived alive and in good condition. They were posted a bit later than expected but I contacted them and they replied straight away to reassure me. I was worried the snails would be in the post 3 days but was 1 day. They were packaged fragile however packaged not firmly so they could easily be squashed and spill so I am giving feedback for that, to be packaged more firmly. Snails moved in tank within 5 mins. So far so good.

Sadly didn't receive communication about order being shipped/delivered and royal mail didn't ring so they stayed outside more than 28h in a black box south facing outside. But all alive and jumping!

Bought 6 Mystery Snails for my tropical aquarium and they were delivered on time. Packaged well and once in my tank all of the snails are thriving and good quality. Great prices also. Highly recommend these for your tanks.
