I had a really positive experience renting through April Properties. Eric and Esen were both friendly, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. They made the whole process feel straightforward and much less stressful than I expected. I’m currently renting with them and have been very happy so far. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in London.

Erik really went the extra mile to secure the flat I applied for. I ran into a few issues with the Goodlord app, but he stepped in, contacted them directly, and got everything sorted. He also successfully negotiated the price on my behalf, which I truly appreciated.

They turned the marketing around very quickly and also secured a buyer within a week of putting the property on the market. Once the property was under offer, we had a few bumps in the road (none of this being the agents fault) and they were able to keep me calm and ensure we proceeded to exchange of contracts within realistic timescales.

The market has been tough recently and it also seems that buyers in London are becoming more and more demanding, I was so grateful to find April properties and have their help and guidance throughout the process.
