Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. I placed my order and had not received an update and finally on 10 I sent an email asking for an update. They responded and said they would look into it and get back with me. After two days of no communication I sent an email asking for an update and finally received a shipping number. It was sent snail mail and it will be almost a month before I get my order. Believe the other reviews regarding poor customer service.

I ordered the product and paid for it on 17 October 2025. Today being 3 December 2025 the product has not been delivered. I made enquiries. No response. I asked for money back. No response, wa spy for automated AI response that tells me that a human being will call me. None has called me. Awful! I would not recommend purchase of this product

Apex excellent quality, longevity via selections. Specifications are a much greater depth. Sophisticated shopping experience.
Apex sells authentic and organic products not from the high street.
Packaging is neat with a slick design and their finish is of a higher standard.
Their designs are comparable with measurably better ingredients than the normal high street.
Definitely affordable and would advise increasing marketing and advisements to increase sales.

Rubbish customer service
Still not getting any response from Apex. All I want is for them to refund the money they charged to my credit card as the item hasn't been delivered. I see I'm not the only person being ignored

No communication in any way
I have not received any update on my order since 7days ago. No communication no feedback. Absolutely very wrong. No date was slated for delivery up till now.

Item hasn’t arrived
Ordered on 9th of December, product was £4 and delivery £3.50 and yet on 23rd of December still no delivery.
I emailed and have had no reply either. This was part of a make up set for my daughter.
All the rest has arrived from other retailers but not this. So disappointed and no communication back to me

I made an order which was fine, but I forgot to order something . so it made me think that I have to pay delivery twice. if ther was a time spam like 1/2 hour it should be added to your previous order, rather than paying twice.
