Good chair, bad footrest
Assembly was relatively easy. Chair is great but the footrest does leave much to be desired. It really doesn't go out that much nor hold much weight. Otherwise, like it.

Everything went well
Everything went well. Delivery was fast and efficient and everything need for putting it together was there. The only thing I did not like was the instructions in putting the item together. Not clear and it took a while to figure out some of the items to put together. Need more clear instructions in putting it together.

Great Experience
I had ordered a riding excavator for our grandson and we didn’t realize that he already had one similar to this one. I contacted Aosom via email and explained my situation. They responded the same day and sent me a mailing label to send it back with no hassle! I will definitely shop Aosom again! Thank you!

Wonderful customer service
Wonderful customer service. My package was going to be delivered to my home address where I would not be for a couple months. I sent an email stating I wanted to package delivered to an alternate address.
The customer service agent stopped delivery of the package which was already in the hands of FedEx.
She had the original package returned to AOSOM and sent a new package to my requested address.

Pros and Cons of these cabinets
I’m pleased with how the surface looks. It’s really pretty. I was not expecting it to be so nice looking. Also, I received the shipment and half of the time that I thought it was gonna take to get to my house. However, one of the plastic pieces that joins the backing was broken beyond repair so I had to notify the company right away to get a replacement part ordered. I am unhappy that I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to receive the replacement part. This puts me severely behind and my house is an extreme mess because of all the stuff that I need to organize into these two cabinets. Also, it took me forever to put the first cabinet together and now the doors don’t fit in the upper part of the cabinet. There is about a 4 inch gap underneath the set of doors. I decided to go ahead and start to assemble the second cabinet and realized that the assembly guide that came with the shipment; has an incorrect step marked on them. On the second page of the assembly guide, it shows to attach piece number 12 to piece number 2 and then also piece number 3 to piece number 13. I realized that this is why my doors have a 4 inch gap underneath them on the current cabinet that’s assembled. Piece number 2 should be attached piece number 13 and piece number 3 to piece number 12. I was really excited to get these put together and get my craft room/office space organized Long before now. Now I’m just sitting waiting with clutter in my house and it’s been very disappointing to be so excited but frustrated at the same time.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you find the surface of the product pretty and that the shipment arrived sooner than expected.
We are truly sorry to learn about the broken plastic piece and the subsequent delay in receiving a replacement part. We understand how frustrating it is to have your organizational plans disrupted, especially when you were looking forward to setting up your craft room/office space.
We also want to address the assembly challenges you encountered, particularly with the doors not fitting correctly and the incorrect step in the assembly guide. We recognize that this has caused significant inconvenience and added to the clutter in your home. We are actively reviewing the assembly guide to correct the identified error and prevent similar issues for future customers. Your detailed feedback on the piece numbers is incredibly helpful in this process. We are committed to improving our product and instructions to ensure a smoother experience for everyone. We value your patience as we work to resolve these matters.
The perfect coop!
I received my chicken coop so quickly. I really did not expect that. It was fairly easy to assemble. The roof could use a little better assembly instructions but you can figure it out. I love the finished product!

Fast and free shipping, low priced. Decent looking product for the price. Needed additional wider desk to support multiple Wide-screen monitors around my laptop. Best deal I could find for what I needed (Wayfair was a bit much more $$$ for similar product).
