I wish more service providers acted in the same way

I had a problem because of the update and cuz i didn't used the program for so long. Echo Zhou helped me very quickly and efficiently, I didn't waited much also this product is amazing and saved me about 2k music files.

I recently had the opportunity to interact with AnyRecover's support team, particularly with Echo Zhou, in relation to a data recovery issue. Echo was prompt, professional, and dedicated to addressing my concerns.

While the assistance provided was commendable, I would like to highlight a minor aspect for improvement. Unlike some other support systems, there isn't an automatic confirmation response after submitting a request. This led to a brief concern on my part about the status of my inquiry. However, Echo's timely response and resolution alleviated these concerns.

Despite the initial communication delay, I appreciate Echo's assistance and commitment to resolving my issue. I look forward to seeing continued improvements in their support process.

Although I was not able to utilize the services for what I had originally intended the Staff was Extremely professional! I was given a full refund and even though I was initially frustrated, my service representative - Echo, was very helpful and communicative! I just tried to leave a review of my AnyRevcover experience. Unfortunately, I lost what I wrote when I tried to research the date of contacting customer support. It's disappointing that I probably won't be able to replicate my very positive appreciation of the GREAT customer support I got from Echo Zhou. He was kind and provided a gracious explanation of AnyRecover's policies. KUDOs and thank you Echo.

Recovered the deleted files, but they won't open. Despite this, the customer service is good and they refunded me 60% of the amount.

The product was good - I was able to retrieve all my files from a corrupted hard drive. I had paid for a month's subscription but I wanted to cancel the automatic renewal as I just needed it for this one job. The technical support specialist Echo Zhou responded quickly, efficiently and courteously to my request to cancel and assured me no further payments would be taken.

When I accidentally wrote the wrong email for my Anyrecover account Echo Zhou, the Technical Support Specialist provided me a link to write the correct information. The link and information they provided me were to the point and fast.

The program performed as promised - 500 jpeg files on a thumb drive inadvertently deleted were revived and renamed without incident. Only issue is that program is sold as "subscription" and monthly charges start 30 days after initial purchase price so you have to remember to cancel the subscription if you don't have continuing need for the program.

My husband needed it to retrieve some photos for work which he had deleted from his memory card in error. He needed to get them back or he would have lost two days' work. It worked perfectly. We then needed to cancel after the month we paid for the they were extremely helpful in cancelling for us (I cannot imagine my husband will do that ever again)!

I used their service and found a very satisfactory product. The technical team is ready to listen and assist. A special compliment to Mr Echo Zhou for his outstanding help with my issue.
