I placed an order with AnyPromo at the beginning of April, and initially the service seemed efficient. However, things quickly became frustrating when I needed help approving my proof. I had two options to choose from and wanted to ensure the correct one was selected, so I asked my rep to approve it on her end. Unfortunately, I had to follow up multiple times over several days just to get assistance.

The payment process was also a challenge. I attempted to use two different cards, but kept receiving errors saying my information was incorrect. I reached out repeatedly via email, but responses were delayed, which was stressful given my tight in-hands deadline. I also called multiple times and spoke with different reps, but each time I was given a different explanation (shipping address, zip code, credit card issues), despite confirming all details on every call. I was also promised follow-ups that never happened.

That said, I want to recognize Christopher Aragon, who completely turned the experience around. He was incredibly helpful, followed up with me immediately, and worked directly with the accounting team to troubleshoot the issue. Within an hour, he had everything resolved and my order successfully processed.

While my overall experience was frustrating, Christopher’s support made a significant difference. I’m hopeful my order will arrive in time, and I truly appreciate his sense of urgency and commitment to helping me. Thank you, Christopher!

I worked with customer service reps on the phone on two separate occassions. I had a design that needed to be tweaked slightly to maximize the printable space on a luggage tag. Both telephone attendents I worked with were extremely helpful...and the designers did an excellent job both modifying my original design and suggesting alternate designs. Phenomenal! I"ll post again when I receive the final product!
