Ordered a jumper from here all going well then get slapped with a £100 import charge that wasn’t mentioned when buying absolutely fuming what an absolute scam this place is!

Sehr enttäuschend.

20 € Versand + 20 € Rückversand = 40 € nur für Shipping – und das wird vorher nicht klar und transparent kommuniziert. In der Rückgaberichtlinie steht nichts Konkretes zu den tatsächlichen Kosten.

Für mich wirkt das wie ein Scam.

Das Produkt hat sich zudem nicht hochwertig angefühlt und der Kundenservice war keine große Hilfe.

Ich bestelle dort definitiv nicht nochmal.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website that sold out very quickly. I received an order confirmation and was really happy that I managed to secure a pair. However, about 7–8 minutes later I received another email saying that my order had been cancelled because the item was out of stock.

The strange part is that the exact same shoes appeared on their website again the very next day. A friend of mine managed to buy a pair in the same size as the one I ordered the day before, and today his order has already been shipped.

When I contacted customer service (both right after my order was cancelled and again today), they told me that they did not had the shoes in stock — which clearly isn’t true, since they were able to sell and ship the same pair to someone else the following day.

Very frustrating experience and extremely poor handling of customer orders.

Servizio clienti ottimo, spedizione celere e scarpe esattamente come mi aspettavo.
Ho ordinato le Jordan 1 retro low og dal sito nike e mi sono arrivate con una scatola sbagliata e senza lacci di riserva. Esperienza da dimenticare!!

Ho acquistato una giacca, stupenda ma purtroppo piccola.le ho contattate e in 24 h ho avuto cambio articolo con consigli sulla vestibilita! Eccezionali e l articolo era in saldo , scontato del 70 % altre bancarelle che si spacciano per negozi , nonostante sia un diritto del conumatote , e nn fosse segnalato sul sito che nn era previsto cambio, nn parlo di reso, si sono rifiutati ,! Trovo ingiusto dover pagare 7,50€ di spedizione ed aspettare pure tanti giorni per avere notizie del mio ordine … non dico nemmeno che doveva essere spedito. Ho fatto l’ordine il 5 dicembre e non mi è nemmeno arrivata una notifica di preparazione o di affidamento al corriere. Avevano anche detto nelle storie che non si fermavano l’8 dicembre , ma a quanto pare il mio ordine è finito nel dimenticatoio .

Ho acquistato due tailleur, arrivati non in 24/48 h come scritto sul loro sito, ma ho dovuto chiedere informazioni a riguardo e le risposte sono state frettolose e poco cordiali .
Tessuto pessimo, poliestere, pieno di fili, cuciture e dettagli imbarazzanti, le giacche presentano imperfezioni visibilissime ad occhio nudo.
Una delusione totale, non acquisterò sicuramente in futuro da loro, sconsiglio a chi crede che siano capi di qualità,sembrano una cosa e risultano tutt' altra..

Compro un tailleur il 3 settembre elo ricevo soltanto il 18 settembre, ogni volta che scrivo all assistenza mi dicono "tesoro aspetta, abbiamo avuto problemi troppi ordini" senza darmi alcuna informazione certa sulla partenza dell'ordine nemmeno fornendo il numero d'ordine. Il tailleur è bello, ma 100% poliestere a 50 euro, non so quanto ne valga la pena, soprattutto perché l assistenza non è all altezza del compito di supportare i clienti.

Ho comprato più volte ma spesso le informazioni fornite sulle taglie sono state sbagliate.

Rispedisci a spese tue e ripaghi la consegna per avere l’articolo della misura esatta.
Paghi caro un articolo e non lo metti!!!

We always loved visiting here it was always our first place to visit every morning of everyday for our coffee . I'm not sure if it's changed hands or produce but this time coffee not good so swapped for a tea and very poor quality of tea. Also staff are not very friendly everything seems like an effort. I also asked for the strawberry's and cream out of the fridge counter which looked lovely and value for money but was given one made to order which consisted of a smaller pot with 5 cut strawberries and a little cream nothing like what was advertised in the fridge counter. Such a shame! Why sacrifice a good business to use what tastes like cheaper tea and coffee. Couldn't drink either the coffee or the tea

Il customer care mi ha supportata in modo molto professionale nella scelta della taglia corretta e l’ordine mi è stato consegnato in tempi in tempi brevissimi. Sicuramente riordinerò nuovamente sul loro sito.

Order placed for a pair of shoes, €20 shipping fee for express delivery... UPS label created... then order canceled because the product is out of stock... very disappointed, I do not recommend.

Trovo abbastanza di cattivo gusto che dopo aver fatto pagare la spedizione anche in caso di spese importanti, in caso di reso decurtino ulteriori 10 euro dal rimborso. Uno store che si fregia di essere di lusso dovrebbe distinguersi anche per certe accortezze verso il cliente… Non riacquisterò da Antonia.it

Comprato lo stesso paio di scarpe 3 volte, tutte e tre le volte ricevute sporche, con segni di pennarello (ma il controllo qualità lo fa topo gigio?) scatola senza velina dentro, impolverate, con residui vari nelle pieghe delle cuciture. IMBARAZZANTI
unico sito al mondo che non offre spese spedizione gratuite oltre i 200€, oltre ai 230€ delle scarpe, 30€ totali di spedizione. A sto punto me le tengo anche rovinate perché altri 10€ non li butto.
Poi tempi biblici per fare i resi, veramente ridicoli.

Servizio pessimo. Nonostante abbia acquistato, sono stato trattato come uno stupido da un ragazzino incompetente che ha provato a darmi un mucchio di informazioni sbagliate.
