Really helpful great service

Terrible quality. The color we needed was "out of stock due to the wars" so we ordered a different but close color and it was 100000% mixed with synthetic fibers as the ends melted together during styling, even when using all the correct products on them. Also they shed like crazy, loads of breakage, lost loads of strands over the first few weeks. They did not feel soft and natural but hard and stringy like plastic. I think they must've been running low on stock and filled with synthetics. Would like to think i just got a bad batch but this was my first and last experience with them. Took them out after 4 weeks and goin with a diff brand.

Response: My hair was ordered through my stylist so of course you wouldn't have a purchase direct from me. But because of the "no coloring" rule and we had to tone it to match my natural hair since the color we needed was "out of stock" then nothing was able to be done anyway. 100% human hair in the "main methods" meaning not all of the hair for sale is 100% human. I must've gotten one that wasnt a "main method" as they are not identified which ones on your website are main or not. Misleading, false advertising.

Lovely soft hair but wish you did it in 12 inch length ! Great colour too ! Not been fitted yet!

Usually get my hairdresser to order the hair but decided to order myself this time.

Ordered two separate products (1 x 50g and 1 x 150g) of the same hair.

Arrived today, I was a bit confused as the hair was all in one packaging so queried it over WhatsApp, asking if the other 50g set was coming in another package etc. I was very polite.

The response I got was quite abrupt and gave the impressed they thought that I was lying.

I ordered 2 items so expected two items to be posted. They said the had combined all the hair into one package and that she had repacked the order and weighed it to check so she KNEW it was included.

Definitely expected responses to be politer, particularly when you’re paying for something over £600.

Customer service is always 10/10, always there to help with any queries Iv had.
Never had a problem with the hair been using since 2020, and will continue to use as my supplier. I love all different methods but seem to use wefts and nanos more than others. My clients love the hair, and so do I. I love how quick and easy ordering and delivery is to.

Angel Remy hair has always been the best quality. My last extensions lasted me a year and a half. I bought some from another company before, cheaper but absolutely awful! My new hair from Angel Remy is so much better and helps my hair feel healthier again ❤️

Hair is lovely quick delivery really happy with colour only thing I had and it is very small the bundles were wrapped so tightly in thread I had to use scissors was difficult and was scared incase I cut the hair but overall really pleased

I ordered ice blonde 24 inch 200grams within 8 weeks I had 152grams in my hair, I took them out to weigh them spend £650 pound to get 8 weeks out them, they blame customers saying it's what you use on them, even tho I used all there products, I offered to sent them back for testing and they refused because I had them over 30 days, as a business you shouldn't treat your customers like this!!! NEVER WILL I EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, take people money but won't refund are replace when there faulty, its so easy for them to blame the customers even tryed to blame my hair salon lady saying she hadn't put the 200 grams in my hair so they asked me to take them out and measure them said between 62 and 65 inches the full row, so I took them out and they was 62 inches, I have taken them to small claims, and I suggest no one uses this company, so basically you will pay 650.00 for 8 weeks and if they don't last tuff, RUDE DOESNT EVEN COME CLOSE, make sure you take them to small claims if this happens to you, as they will keep doing it and taking your money!!!!
