I purchased a wraparound ponytail from this company and it tangled very easily, so I found myself brushing it - with a wig brush - much more than I would have expected, and after just 7 days large parts of the hairpiece were frayed, had lost its shine, and had become frizzy. When I asked for a refund, I was told the item had already been heavily discounted so no refund would be issued and that, from the photos I sent, they accused me of using heat on the fibres, which I did not do; I've used hairpieces for many years and this is the worst I've ever used by far. I cannot comment on the rest of the products from this company as I have not used them, but I highly recommend avoiding the ponytails.

The hair colours are true to pictures online. Very silky good quality hair. Only downfall was i had to pay 81€ extra for duty on them coming into ireland

I have been using Angel Remy Hair for around 7 years now and honestly, they are the best in the business. The quality of the hair is always outstanding. My clients love it and it lasts beautifully. Their customer service is just as amazing as their products. Poor quality extensions and dreadful customer service.

Ordered Thursday 11.23am (before bank holiday)
My order was not posted out until Tuesday (this should have been posted out Thursday as I ordered before 12 noon or at the latest on the Friday.

There was no answer at the warehouse when I chased this up and no note on their website advising customers that they would be closed Thursday & Friday before the bank holiday.
I was still charged the £8.95 for next day pre 1pm delivery but my order took 5 days to arrive even though bank holiday was only 1 day.

Paid next day guaranteed by 1pm it turned up after 5pm
